Affordable for kids immunization shots, waiting isn't long. Very respectful and friendly staff .. Great place

Thanks you For Mrs. Tammy she was able to call me so i can pick up my dad inhaler, she was nice and welcoming. Unlike the Girls that sit at the window on their phone and Disrespect people. you may see low income people but please show some respect and sympathy.

- Prices for X-ray and Exam $60 more expensive than most clinics in DFW area. Most Dental Clinics Charge $30-$35 for X-ray and Exam. (1stars comparing to others)

- Dentist Assistant doing Vital signs and ask usual questions and take X-ray (5 stars)

- Dental procedures prices! Overall prices similar to many other clinics. Most clinics give discounts if you don t have an insurance.

I would say pay extra and go for better and faster service.

Healing Hands Ministries have been a real blessing to me. Considering a lot of factors, this place far exceeded my expectations. I say this and I give it a five star, not because they are the best company on the block, but because they have been there when there was no other way. The Nurse Practitioner is very nice and always listens to complaints.

I was referred by Presbyterian Hospital to make an appointment ASAP. I made an appointment. I was told by Presby I would not have to pay due to what had happened to me. I get into the registration office and it was all unorganized. The seats were disgusting I was afraid to sit on. They ended up turning me away and said they couldn t help. They were unprofessional.

This place is horrible. My ultra sound and MRI results sat on someone's desk for weeks. I had to call everyday to try and get them to tell me my results. They do not return phone calls and leave people on hold forever. I'm dealing with some serious health concerns and and what should have taken a few weeks to figure out, has now taken months. I am in pain constantly from this lump on my stomach and I'm trying to find out what it is, and how to fix it.

1 star. Actually 0.1 stars. I am normally a patient person but all my past visits with this clinic is beyond horrible. Don't waste your time. I went there last year for the first time for my annual physical and was expecting to go through the same process from my past doctor from a different clinic and guess what, waited 45 mins, the doctor came in and ask me a few questions, used the stethoscope once and thats it. No reflex checks or exterior body examinations whatsoever. You call that a physical? That was after I was told that I cannot even see the doctor I signed up with and ended up with another which has no clue what's going on most of the time and she's no longer working there. They knew there will be a blood draw and yet failed to tell me to fast the day before and made a 2 pm appointment. I had to go back 3 months later to do another blood test and pay them another copay. NOT acceptable! I gave them 2 passes and this 3rd time you're out. Made an appointment 2 months before to check out my arm pain, was told again I will be seeing a totally new doctor. 1 week before the appointment they called to tell me the doctor will be out and had to reschedule. I called one day beforehand to make sure its happening with the new date and sure enough, nope! They claimed to call 3 days earlier and left me a message to reschedule AGAIN because the doctor won't be available but I did not get such call. Those people working there should be fired. I'm beginning to think this place is a scam. Horrible care and service. I understand they help people without insurance to obtain medical care but there is absolutely no excuse for this. I told them forget it. I WON'T BE BACK.

This place is a freaking joke they will tell you one thing and end up trying to do something else! You have been warned! They will charge you 50 bucks for a examination tell you there plan when you show back up they will change it all! You can go to most dentist office's and get a free examination and your prices will not change from week to week!

They are a true ministry and certain volunteers check on me from time to time.

Not reliable. I had to ask several times for a referral and they just wouldn't do it. I was told once to go back there for a visit. I go there and still not getting the referral. I called again and, of course, they don't pick up, and begged for it. Turns out that it can be done without a visit, but if they want to actually do it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable doctors and dental care

They give you appointment, ask you to be 10 min before or they will charge $10 fee for no show. Whenever you arrive they call you and weight you, ask you the same questions they ask every time you go there, then they make you wait 1 hour and a half for a doctor to talk to you. They are not specialists.

The dentist has no knowledge I doubt about his expertise and diploma, thanks God that I had a second opinion from another a real DENTIST who definitely disagrees with Healing Hands Ministries. Please take you X-rays and ask another dentist before you extract your teeth. In this place, the only treatment is extraction, very weird!

I just miss Doctor Berry he was so kind he shows interested on mine issues and he always pray for me at the end of the appointment. this new doctor is rigid just listen without eye contact without showing interest just doing what she has to do inside mean she is professional but no kind I heard her fitting with the nurse because the patient doesn't speak English that's no good.

As far as actual treatment goes I haven't been treated here yet. This review is for operations and communication.
I'm currently unemployed and was looking for a better option for sombody that is uninsured now. I stumbled across this clinic when doing searches online and saw it had decent reviews and the price was substantional lower then my normal clinic. You have to register to be seen before setting up a appointment, this is something I'm not use to. All new clinics I've ever been to you're allowed to make your appointment first and then either come early the day of your appointment or fill out paperwork at home before hand. I was told I could only register on Registration days and only at certain times and that I couldn't fill out the forms anywhere else but there. After registering they determine your price depending on your income and I was told $25 per visit which is $60 cheaper then my normal Dr being uninsured.

I setup a appointment for 9a on 11/15/2018 and when I went to sign in I was told I had to wait in line to sign in. There was about 10 people waiting in line to speak with the receptionists. To me this is a operational error, I've already setup a appointment, why do I need to wait in line to check in? Upon waiting in line to be checked in I was told that I was over 1 hr. late, that my appointment was at 8a. This is absurd, unacceptable and a total lack of communication. I was also told I'd have to wait several days before rescheduling since new patients are only seen on certain days.
From this experience I've decided to go elsewhere mainly for fear that if I do reschedule that I will be told that I came at the wrong time again.
For people that have low income the price per visit is a bargain and as far as other reviews go this place doesnt have any bad reviews for the actual Dr.'s. The bad reviews seem to be for the Dental office and for rude/lazy staff. I did witness being hung up on several times when trying to schedule my 1st appointment through the phone. It would have been nice if I was just placed on hold. As far as laziness/rudeness goes from the physical in office staff they were very antentive.
In conclusion I might give this place another shot but only if I'm in a financial bind.

my wife schedule an appointment to get her birth control off . they cancelled her 2 days before . because it was schedule on a close day (really ) . schedule her a second time got cancelled 1 day before because they didnt have a specialist .. schedule her 1 month and half later .. check it got her co-pay take her to a room to tell her the doctor was not in for labor purposes .. we ask for our copay back and deny THIS A NOT A VERY CHRISTIAN PLACE LIKE THEY SOUND TO BE ITS A THIEF AND STEALING PLACE . PEOPLE VERIFY YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE ASSISTED CORRECTLY BEFORE PAYING ..

couldn't give all five stars because of old building. Went to see doctor for my wife. It was very easy to register and everything was on time. Dr. Anna was assigned as my wife's pcp. Dr was very nice and kind. She asked all the questions she needed to know and prioritize all our concerns. Nurse on duty was very smart and good too. Definitely I'll recommend this place for anyone seeking a family doctor.

Ive been waiting for my results for a week, I called all week and NO ONE ever returned my call including my doctor. They play with peoples lives.

Surprise to see that they have an optometrist on staff. Fastest & cheapest eye exam I've ever had.

I went to a physical check-up without any discomfort and I came out with an earache crying because I had a match and according to how they cleaned it with pressure water and they hurt me so much that I came out crying and with a burst ear, they do not ballan recommended bal

This has the worst staff, i have requested a referral for one of our patients that has cancer and these people will not answer the phone they don t return calls and the office manager hung up on me 2 times.
Bad customer service, its sad they treat doctors offices this way. I can only imagine the treatment for patients.

If I could give this dr office and staff zero stars I would but I had to put something to voice my opinion. Worst dr office to go to EVER!! No wonder its located in the worst area of Dallas. They very inconsiderate of their patients and what you are going threw! They do not take their patients pain and concerns into consideration. Make you wait the last minute. The staff doesn't want to give their information so you can report. This is my fourth child and the Absolute WORSE EXPERIENCE of my life! I dont recommend office to anybody that's pregnant and plan on delivering at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. You will be miserable, highly disappointed and upset during your entire pregnancy!
