Overall, my experience with them was average. While the team at "Headmade" was professional and showed up on time, I found their communication to be lacking. I had to repeatedly follow up with them to get updates and clarify certain details. This caused some unnecessary stress in the planning process. On the day of the wedding, the decorations and setup were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The team did their job efficiently, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of creativity and attention to detail. Overall, "Headmade" did an average job in managing the event. Their pricing was competitive, but I would have expected a little more enthusiasm and personal touch from an event management company.
