Any one go through for interview only time westing ...

The biggest advantage of working with Headfield was the notion of the greater flexibility that they offer. Their services allowed us to have the ability needed for the specific time-frame of a particular job and, save money and workforce sources.

The management team is accessible and willing to help out. A very supportive team who can help teams onsite, the ability to try new sourcing initiatives and products.

Great place to work, infrastructure is good. But they are following hire & fire policy. HR don't know about the process of termination.!!

I have wrost experience in this company. HR and Team leader makes torcher daily . He is makes work burden on you.. please don t go for interview thanks.

Horrible experience.. Simply wasted my time and money by calling all the way frm Gurgaon. Its for nothing. These guys simply call fr interview and waste ur time. Horrible manager who acts like ur school principal. Very unprofessional and they ask all silly questions so that they can hav fun.

Impressive infrastructure, nice parties, good work-life balance. Seniors are helpful. You can learn a lot about how the international exchange culture works and benefit from it.

They have good knowledge and best professionals in their field. Employees are young, thus creating a robust structure. Supportive seniors and co-workers. Salary on time, decent work pressure to keep you engaged.

Irresponsible company, conducted my interview twice but never responded me back with reply to my emails and my phone calls and even text messages.
They keep you on hold for ages but never reply to told to stop waiting.
This sought of companies should not exist.
Even the companies they tie up with just conducts the interview to show in the revenue.
Those companies ask for ppt's to candidates and apply those strategies to their companies.

I work there for 10months and those 10months were best days of my life, trained and professional staff and very good senior. The best place to learn new things step forward in your carrier.

Good professional environment and management is very supportive.

All the bad reviews are genuine for this company.
Don't go for the interview. They will only waste your time.Even after clearing technical round they will not select you because they dnt need emoloyees.Just for the publicity they arrange interviews.
If you are a good developer plz dnt waste ur time.

A brief description about company on behalf of my personal experience.

Pros -

Food Quality is quite good , you can eat as much as you want or you feel hungry. CEO is hardworking, honest, sincere and dedicated towards his duties , a mature mind with cheerful smile , Lively heart with young and innovative thoughts (vision).

Hr is helpful and supportive towards new employees and have a good presence of mind. Fair enough at decision making (truly impartial).

You may get an opportunity to learn something and expand your knowledge if willing to make your career in R.P.O. As it's a good option to begin from somewhere on a basic salary being a fresher.

On Friday there's a small get together also called Fun Friday.
Which includes D.J. night , Fresher party and few other curricular activities (events).

Cons -

There are few TL's with less knowledge and still needs lot of experience , quite possible they've never faced real struggle in their life as what I've observed till now. According to my opinion there must be an audit system
so that each and every call shall be recorded for the better quality of services and transparency among relationships among TL's and Junior staff members.

There are few experienced TL's who can't tolerate new members (employees) along with their sufficient amount of knowledge for which they are hired by the recruitment dept. or according to their eligibility for the given criteria. However ; somewhere I felt they are either not satisfied with their own performance and achievements as why a reason they feel insecure which becomes inferiority complex at time of training session on floor , so they try to dominate new comers , makes fun of them either on their wearings (ethnicity) , culture , region (background - from where do they belong) instead appreciating their efforts. I am the eye witness of a real life incident which is related to mental harassment. If this is the way of testing their capabilities and skills and if this is fine and fair under the company's policy. Then everything is fine. Those who didn't get a chance for ragging in their previous college days wants to apply those pranks trick over here on new comers. So , that their Ego might get satisfied and telling other fellows - "Wow ! Amazing that's nice you harassed and dominated someone ; so that person shall leave this company , that's great. I truly appreciated your efforts for doing these cheap things. Good Job"
Because everyone knows very well new comers are stupid and don't have this much guts to explain each and everything in a proper manner to the owner of this company or anyone else . And if they try do so then who's going to believe them ?

Such type of people are like snakes in the sleeves ever ready to betray anyone when they'll get a chance to do so.

Please don't believe my words until you go through the situation or personally experience these things by yourself. It's just based upon my experience.

I worked at Headfield for a year. Friendly environment. You can take breaks if you complete your work on time. Sufficient meals and healthy system. Worker friendly.

Pathetic organization HR does not value others time at all.The timings terviewat which the interview was scheduled started after waiting for an hour. And the face to face round of questions which had been been done in intial screening by Ashish in telephonic round. Being an HR value ur time and other persons time too. I think most of the reviews are paid of this company which are already written here.

One of the worst place for Interview . I am very disappointed .I went there for Interview.
After HR round , Manager come for interview I was shocked . His first was when you are getting 30 from last two organisation , Why you are expecting 40k .
Neither he asked to me any technical question nor about my past work and roles and responsibility.
Please think once before go for interview.

Honestly I say that, I am appreciated by professional behaviour of HR.But manager was there for only salary discussion.

The recruiters are all experts in their sanctuaries. Well-behaved, well-spoken, light atmosphere to work in. Good place for young learners.

Have been working this company since 2011. It has been a company which gave me all my experience not just professional but personal too. Head Field has a way to do things with a personal touch whether it is work or co-curricular activities I still have same vibes about this company as it was on my First day at work with Head field.

avg place wid lot of noise , all the ppl who donot get job anywhere come here, All The ppl here advice you without any reason without you asking , bina mangi rai, food is of avg quality although free, i think top mgmt also wnt to get rid of bossy TLs who think themselve as everything

The HR drive is quick, easy, and helpful. Management is also very responsive with any hassles. Work ethics is great. They work with many international companies and have hence therefore excelled at professional exchanges. The company is well organized and focuses on healthy senior-junior relationship

It is really a shame that these Guys call the person for the interview and doesn't have the courtesy to show respect to the candidates. They just call to insult and grill the candidates, especially the owner who think he is running a company that is far superior than all other big giants. It is my fault that despite seeing all the reviews of these guys, i went there. It is disgusting that you show disrespect to the candidate and his professional. Infrastructure is of no use when you cannot treat the person with respect. Never every going to recommend you guys to anyone. Just making black money white through this business and that's it

Please don't go for interview ! I have a bad experience with them . It seems more like a consultancy than a hardcore IT organization. I was told for a machine round and suddenly a guy, half of my experience(probably) took my interview with some irritating(if you are laravel developer having 3+ exp.) questions . Anyways I was told they will get back to me next day for the machine round for which I requested my resume and get my resume back.

So Happy to be a part of Head Field family. Its a great company to start your career as it has excellent growth plans and benefits for the employees. Everyone is helpful and work as a Team resulting into great business plans. Great Environment, Excellent growth and Big Future plans ahead..

fake company, This is one of the biggest mistakes of my life to join this company. i have worked here 6 months (10am to 8pm everyday). team leader(Nitin Jain) is unprofessional, we can call him gunda of this company, he have fake previous experience, he dont know how to handle team. he dont know how to talk and always cry/shout on employee. he spoil my 6 month. he mentally harassed me everyday. HR don't picked my phone after leave this company.
people who leave company never get experience last month salary.
