Worst after sales service. They will only care about the sales. Simple example is attached with this review. Don't get cheated by this company. I lost all my data. So please be careful when dealing with hCue.

I'm very sorry to say that your response for my problems is 'zero' inspite of so many reminders and phone calls. I'm doing this for the past one year with futile efforts. We are looking for some other software whose response will be good and not like yours. We take this as bad experience for us.

had a great experience for past 2 years, But now i think they are going down, i mean VERY bad customer support, no response from the team after continuous alert from our end. i think they are shutting down .

Ann amazing app for entire health care life cycle. Thanks to the team for end to end coverage. India's first health care app that covers entire life cycle. Usage of this app by doctors are increasing hour by hour. Most of my visited doctors uses hCue app. Kudos.

Stop cheating to customer.I had bought hcue pharmacy software.So I talked with executive for setup bill template for print.But last one week he told we will arrange for your suitable language "hindi" executive to solution.But no one called me yet ,i m unable to use your pharmacy software.If you have any motive to provide service then solve it immediately or refund my money.

I'm using hCue pharmacy management software for about 1 year and it is very useful to manage all my medical store branches. I especially like the generic name search feature; that helps me find alternative medicines with in a few clicks.

good software , support service has to improve, if you call them they will not immediately solve the problem, they will call when they are free and unfortunately you will be in someother task, what they have to do is the person who answers the phone should give a time as to when they will call back, that way one star will become 5 stars
