After a 5 weeks period involving a phone interview, 2 in-person interviews, and a second round interview, i did not received any feedback. Im unable to reach Recruiter or HR Manager.
Respect is a two-way street. Potential employees deserve better. If you are not interested, don't drag them along to build hope, only to disappoint them. A little empathy goes a long way. I invest so much time & effort and even finances into preparing for your interviews. Once a candidate gives of their time to be interviewed. They deserve feedback. No Excuses! Don't leave candidates hanging. For 6 weeks for the sake of hiring on hold . Why you look for people to work if your project gonna be on hold .
