HCL Technologies - BPO Division (Uttar Pradesh, India) Review

Nice company for those guys who can work both shifts day and night. And the best part of the company is two week off.

One of the best IT, consulting , outsourcing organization in India, it's offer IT,CONSULTING,TECHNOLOGY services with great infrastructures and 137000 employees with in 34 countries around the world.

worst experience I have ever felt in my whole life in July 2018 this day .I was called for interview and got qualified all the stages but at last have been rejected saying our new batches will be started in August at time u will be called ..
while They have consumed my 7 honour approx whole day and gave a foolish glimpse of sorry ..

Nice place but don't pay much salary but nice working environment and friendly people

High Security Checking before entering in the company. Don't carry any Pen Drive or other items during interview. Selection is tough and salary is low.

Place is quite good, but the process of interview is very long as well as salary package which they was giving not acceptable, was very less

Didn't expect it from a name like HCL. Their HR department literally lies to you by offering you a higher salary on call post interview. And then at the time of joining, they come up with excuses to reduce your salary.
All this when they themself call you for an interview, which also take 3-4 months for the recruitment process to get over. And a total of four calls just to confirm your expectation.
Anyway, the building's nice and if you're in a dire need of a job, do try.
If you have any decent experience, you'd rather not want to be pushed around with funny jokes on why your promised salary was an open lie by their HR managers.

A good infrastructure and a high security system in the entry door. No one can go with the knife , scissor, pendrive and laptop etc.this is a BPO company.

My first and last experience with HCL is of wasting 2 complete days 6 rounds of interview and at the end coming to bargain on salary of mere 12600/- without cab facility,which of course I rejected as interview invitation started with Rs.16k to 18k. Rejection reasons:-
1. Place looks like single screen theater in rural area.
2. Staff except few are as if roaming in society park let it be casual clothes or even "chappals".
3. No proper arrangement for interview.
4. 6 rounds of idiotic similar kind of questions like tell me about yourself etc.
5. No process flow of interview as you have to shuffle between there offices in same vicinity. Not sure who hired the HR team and how many rounds they must have gone through.

6. People interviewing except few are themselves lacking communication skills and transparency.

My suggestions to people going there is visit if you have ample of time to waste and carry your snacks along with you as nothing to munch nearby.
God only knows how this part of the company is running as even consultancy staff and offices treat people better than them.

Feedback to management if someone looks into it is review the working of this place else this business unit will eat the business itself.
Gave 1* as there is no option for negative rating.

Such a bad experience in the big name and fame company "HCL". HCL company Employees and mangers said that they will buy the whole road in front of HCL comapny for the parking. And no one will park on that road, either anyone come for meeting or interview or come to meet someone. and if someone park their car or vehicle in front of HCL or opposite, they will puncture the tyres.
and the complete space in front of HCL and opposite side also will be reserved for the HCL mangers and some employees. and the security personnel said that you park your on the road. If i park my car on road then easily the road will be blocked and one side blocked and after that my car is not safe because security gaurd said that its not our responsibility, you can park anywhere but not in that space.

It's a nice place to work. Friendly environment, collaborative people and good career.

Fake jobs all the time. Waist your time nothing else....

HCL BPO Office, a pretty old set up, needs major infrastructure upgrades

It's just a brand name and nothing else. A quite good place for fresher's to start their career in BPO.

Not good in terms of facilities provided although HCl is good but bpo division seems to be separated

I visted here for interview.very bad reception service.No body ready to tell you anything about the recruitment

Way to go - from noida sec 16 metro station. Take e-rikshaw for noida sec 60.
or
Take e-rikshaw for 12/22. And from 12/22 to sec 60.

Life's 2nd MNC company but got a worst ever experience with the lady HR... After giving all answers to HR questions she told me you have to wait outside and I have to wait outside for 3 hours and in the end she said we will inform you , when she asked me about salary I told her I am expecting more than I am getting in Chandigarh even she denied by saying that we can't provide this much of salary to you and they mentioned in advertisement that they are paying for experienced candidates 4 lac 50 thousand if she did not ready for Negotiation on that yearly package they are providing. Delhi is more costlier then Chandigarh as per cost of living I told HR but she told me I will concern this matter to management and then I will let you know ... So I wasted my whole day and still getting nothing... If they can't pay candidates what company offers then why they mentioning the salary they are offering in advertisement... One of life's worst experience with HCl and company HR and one thing I forgot to mention here she selected the candidate's who don't have even experience letters and don't know how to explain the questions she was putting from them.

Technical and non technical process going on & the rest depends upon performance

This place is good the environment inside the company is really good. But they will take so much time if you going for an interview. All the person I have met with were friendly so no need to feel nervous. People will surely help you throughout your interview session.

i'm feeling completely well within an hour having doctors medicine.

Today I was there for the interview the first round was good but when it comes for second round the person Hr/manager,,, I dont know who was it ,was eating kurkure and m be like what is that. Think dont have proper manner such an idiot they are i mean who eat kurkure in front of candidate.

In this company many opportunities are here but you should be capable of it

One of best IT COMPANY in NCR. It's a very good company for it professional as well as BPO Company. There are many branches of HCL in sector 60, near sector 16 metro, sector 126. Working in HCL technologies is like dream for every IT professionals.

I came to give interview to my friend HCL in Sector 60. but let me stay out because the visitor room is not there.
