They will give you a loan if you have less than perfect credit, but their customer service is bad.
I'm talking really bad.
I should have shopped other second chance fiance institutions before doing business with HCAC.
My recommendation is to take your hard earned money and do business with another institution.

They are the most unhelpful people I've ever met! I got a job where I get paid semi monthly and it seems like each agent gives me the run around on information. If my car wasn't so old, I would refinance with a different company!!! STAY AWAY FROM COX AUTO AND THIS COMPANY
Was injured in car accident by car bought from fox that was on a recall list. Plan on suing all parties. Also lied about actual mileage on car. Was told car only had 62k. When engine odometer was checked it was off by 30 k in the 90k area.
I got my car and with in the 30 days my rotors went bad to the point my brakes fell off they did not want to fix it. It s been 5 months and i still have not received my hard tag, Friday i paid my car note and they stated they did receive to send over a copy of my payment and when i did they told me they can t do anything about it, while talking to the guy HENRY on the phone he was ignoring me and speaking to somebody else and told them that he was on the phone with some lady annoying him and was VERY RUDE! I do not recommend them to anybody! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
No customer service what so ever. Very rude, doesn't care about nothing but a dollar. I had their car for 1week returned it, they are now talking about a restocking fee of 350$. No where on my paperwork says that. I never....never....never recommended this company to anyone!!!!!

Had death in the family & they don t care still give a 3-day grace period tried to pay something on it until my next pay day but was told no any other dealership finance company would try to work with there customer! I believe the guy name is Henry, is the guy who takes payments and answers when you press 1... he's EXTREMELY IGNORANT!!!! I everyone I deal with around that company (cox, 141 auto services) but HCAC!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
No assistance given. Advised I get paid Friday and asked could they hold off until then. The answer I was given was they could only extend until 4pm on Tuesday, so how am I supposed to get to work in order to make payments? Definitely not customer friendly, strictly money based company!
Got a car from here about 2 years ago and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The car that I bought lasted roughly 13 months. The transmission on my 2012 blew. Turns out prior to me buying the car, it had already had the transmission rebuilt without my knowledge. When I reached out to CoxAuto and HCAC finance I got nothing more than a shrug. They would not complete the repair, reimburse me, nor put my payments towards another car. I am now stuck with nothing more than a very expensive paper weight that I am STILL making payments on for simple fact that I don't want this to negatively impact my credit. DO NOT GO HERE. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

cox auto and hcac are the worst people I ever dealt with. they play off the desperation of ppl really needing a car. henry from hcac finance has hung up on me several times. very quick to get off of the phone, acts like they don t want to answer questions. cox auto they re scammers period i could go on and on about them. i just don t have the time. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR A Car! idc how bad you need a car idc if you need a car today. DO NOT COME HERE. i wouldn t wish cox auto on my worst enemy ok. they are not friendly people, they don t care what car they put you in. i had a 2006 chrysler 300c only had it for a couple months and it needed a whole new engine and supposedly had 3,000 worth of things that needed to be done with the car. the supervisor said he would put me in a new car ok. purchased a 2012 chevy malibu beginning of april and now my check engine light is on.
These ppl are crooks! I lost my job so I attempted to have them pick up the vehicle. They scheduled to pick it up then never did. When I asked them why didn t recover the vehicle they stated We don t want it then reported that they could not locate the car. The car was at the repair shop because the transmission went 2 months after I purchased it because they ll sell junk! DONT DO IT!!!
Stay away from these people!!! I don t care how desperate you are don t finance through them you will regret it trust me. I bought a car from Cox auto with plenty enough issues that they hid from me. The vehicle even had water damage that they covered up as well as engine issues that they also were dishonest about. Not long after having the car all types of things went wrong. If you think you can call HCAC and get any assistance think twice, they are rude abrupt and not very helpful at all. I can t wait to pay these people off so I can cut ties forever!

If I could only write a review with zero stars.... If you go through this company you need to stay on top of your finances!! I had the payment set up to automatically come out of my bank account. They called me and said we need credit card information to run the payment. I explained that it was already set up to come out. They looked at their files and said they didn't have any bank information for me. I explained that at that time I was not going to give my card information and that they had been pulling the payments out for the last YEAR. 30 minutes later they called and said that the "system updated" and that they NOW had my information. Now if this happened ONCE that would be one thing. I understand mistakes happen, however this happened a total of 3 times. This finance company is for people with little or no credit. They back you into a corner if you really need a car but they will RIP YOU OFF!! WATCH YOUR FINANCES VERY CLOSELY!!!
Very rude people I have a car sitting in my yard for over a year that they will not pick up even though you sign a pice of paper saying they will take car for non payment. No payments have been made in over a year and they still refuse to pick up. Don t sign anything with this company they are a rip off. Once you leave the lot they won t help you with anything.
