Have been working with HC Company for the past 5 years, they run some of the best ran construction projects that I have worked on. They are very fair with the subcontractors and work closely with everyone involved in the project to make the project as successful as possible for everyone.
We utilized the HC Company to build our 32,000 square foot animal hospital in Garden City. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the beginning, their entire team was extremely efficient and detail oriented. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process. The quality of their end result was everything we could have hoped for and more. They finished on time and within the designated budget. I highly recommend the HC Company for any commercial project.

HC Company is undeniably the best general contractor that I have ever worked with after many years in the business. They approached the projects as our partner, being proactive with value engineering and always presenting multiple solutions to any issues that came up. Their record keeping is impeccable and their use of Procore really is an aid to their customers. Communication and updates were frequent and detailed, and schedules were always very tightly adhered to. Every single project manager and field superintendent we worked with were always on top of everything and were both friendly and professional. They even won the Idaho Business Review Top Renovation project for private projects at one of our properties!
