I recently purchased packaging supplies from this company. The selection of products was decent, and I was able to find what I needed. However, the customer service was a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and I had some issues with the delivery process. The quality of the products was acceptable, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider purchasing from them again if I couldn't find what I needed elsewhere, but I hope they can improve their communication and delivery processes in the future.
