was used to better before the new menager "Ianna" came over to there. She is very rude to the customers without any professional manniers. I was used to be a permanent customer but won't be coming in when she's there. Very dissappoiting.

This is a little hidden gem in east London, fresh beers and very good service. The prices are very good compared to some of the other pubs & london prices and best of all they serve my favourite tipple, and not all JDW do 12 YO black label.

The manager alicja is very rude. Her needless use of profanity and racial slurs towards regulars of the pub was uncalled for due to the circumstances and led to a disappointing encounter on an otherwise regular evening. To those planning to visit this pub, I would advise you to be prepared to be met by hostility and disrespect from those in more senior role, one of which I would like to highlight as Alicja Stopa.

Great steak!

Great steak!
Well, the choice of beer is good, for an amateur ..
Prices, as throughout the Witherspoon network, are the lowest in London for similar establishments ...
Have a nice rest

One of the better Spoons.

One of the better Spoons.

Food is average, beer selection is good (and priced really well).

It does have a decent beer garden (some actual plants and all), and is big enough so you can usual get a seat.

Word of warning, while West Ham played at Upton Park, the pub could get very busy after home games. This might no longer be the case now they are moving to the Olympic stadium, but worth considering.

Whet to this wetherspoons yesterday and while eating it became apparent that there is a fly infection problem in the pub , the staff was trying to control the situation using fly spray. It is absolutely disgusting that the pub is staying open and serving food.i was able to get a refund but in this current time with viruses about wetherspoons should be ashamed of themselves

Perhaps not the smartest Weatherspoon out there......

Perhaps not the smartest Weatherspoon out there.....beer often off. But the limited number of staff do there best. My two daughters were asked to leave as they are 14 and 16....we were sat outside in the garden at 9-20pm. Apparently it's a Weatherspoon rule. We had not long finished eating. This is not a legal requirement and it spoilt our evening as it made my girls feel bad. Change this rule please Tim Martin !!

Good place to eat and drink after work, or just to meet up with friends, they do lots of 2 meals with a discount, children are welcome, nice secluded garden. Nice for conversion, as no loud music. They have a curry night, and you can get a starter, main and dessert. Restrooms clean regularly. Recommended.

It was a great experience. Not too crowded but not too empty either. Very friendly people and staff. The food was delicious and plenty, the beer excellent. We went three times I would totally recommend it!

The best pub in the area by miles. Don't let the Wetherspoons name put you off, this isn't your typical "creepy old fat blokes" Spoons but it's actually both clean, friendly, and not full of nutters.

A great place for a drink in Newham, as it's not as expensive as the 'hipster' pubs and doesn't have the 'someone might ram a broken bottle in your face' vibe of everywhere else. The food is the standard Wetherspoon's stuff, but it's reasonably priced and safe to eat. The beer range is (normally) excellent for this area and also well kept.

Considering how crazy Newham can be and the hustle and bustle of Woodgrange Road and Upton Lane, this is a little oasis. It s still a Wetherspoons but clean, has calm atmosphere and usually with an older quieter crowd which is nice and relaxed. Perfect for an after work pint.

Worst pub food I ever had. Everything was drowing in oil. I was also served with blue cleaning tissue! The cleaning one. They claim that they had no delivery of the normal white one. Also the cutlery was dirty!!! Wasted pub trip
