This firm tried to bill me for tax services they did not provide. After multiple attempts to follow up with them on when my taxes would be filed, I had to stop working with them because I did not get a timely response. Nevertheless they sent me a bill for over $800. In addition, they were not upfront about the fact that I didn t even have to file a tax return which I found out later from IRD. Lastly, they requested to see sensitive estate information that was not needed for my tax return. I suggest using another tax service.
