Rob Hart did not commence the divorce proceedings before the childcare proceedings, thereby implicating me as emotionally abusing my children by remaining in a marriage with a documented unfit parent (my now deceased spouse). This legal strategy was an advantage for the Newcastle County Council who could then successfully have all my three children placed in foster care despite the fact that there were no findings against me as an unfit parent. My daughter was repeatedly raped from the age of three in her placement while my two sons also experienced significant harm in their placement. Mary Shaw of David Gray Solicitors who was the childrens solicitor did nothing to prevent this. The severe harm that has been done to myself and family by Rob Hart of Hay & Kilner, the Newcastle City Council, Mary Shaw of David Grey Solicitors and finally Judge Moir is a matter that I am escalating through a Human Rights Specialist Solicitors firm in order to correct the severe harm that has been done to my children by the aforementioned individuals in wrongfully removing them from my care by manipulating the legal system.

Helpful, and lots of people don't know you can consult with any solicitors free for half an hour free of charge for advice.

I wouldn t trust a law firm that also owns Redstone Mortgage Company... but then denies involvement in such mortgage company when I want to discuss a mortgage I was mis-sold....

Matthew Perves and Sarah Barratt disappointed me. I have a massive complaint in about their unprofessional behavior and I have lots of evidence to support this complaint. I would strongly recommend that you keep well away from them. Matthew what we're you thinking? Don't think that you will get away with this and was it worth it. I hope when the legal Ombudsman reports you I hope you ended cleaning toilet for Your Homes Newcastle. And I hope Sarah cleans their floor.

Jeremy instructed my partner against me and just fabricated utter lies.. his wrote exactly what his client told him to without any proof or contact from social services himself..
In one letter he stated I could not see my children as I was classed as high risk by social services . When I contact social services, they had no idea what I was on about . In another letter I was apparently harrassing my girlfriend?? Letter was written around 6feb and then given to me after our next minor argument around 23rd of March .. The next weekend she was back at home.I will scan and display these to show how amateur they are . Definitely dont use jeremy

I wouldn't want them doing anything on my behalf let alone anything that required legal advice. Made an appointment to have a document signed. They didn't have any record of the appointment on arrival. They then advised they don't offer this service! This despite having been given a price for doing the work. Awful customer service and it's held up an otherwise smooth process with another Solicitor. Keep well away.

NOT once seen the solicitor who is suppose to be dealing with our flat purchase - conveyancing. Huge bill even though the deal fell through. Disproportionately high charges for the work done. Not impressed.

No minus! Awful experience with litigation stay well away or you'll lose your house.
Dont offer any client care at all total ripp offs!
Law society needs too step in before they do more damage!
Shame on you Mr Jones you've not only breached your position but you still expected us to commit mortgage fraud too meet a deadline.I hope they throw the book at you and throw away the key!
