Great location and facilities. I'd definitely stay here again

I did not try the restaurants. The room was spacious, and I could wash my cloth. TV channels are very limited. Nice housekeeping team

I was here with my husband just arrived in Dubai, looking for home. The location is very convenient if you don't have a car, because the metro is nearby (even if we used the taxi to move because it is cheap). All very nice and excellent service. Ahmed at the reception was very kind, he speaks Italian, which was a nice bonus because we have just arrived in Dubai and above all I still struggle to speak English. Ahmed told us where to eat, how to move, with great competence and kindness. The rooms were very clean and all the staff very friendly. We will recommend it to everyone.

Really nice service but the room was very dirty. For the biggest room in the hotel I expected a much cleaner and better room. It felt like the room wasn t cleaned before we came in. No way I would think of coming back to this hotel after this disappointing experience

Nice hotel, everything is there, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, 5 minutes from the sea.

Our last day staying here we had money stolen from the bed side table which put a downer on our trip, told reception and they asked the cleaner but he said he hadn t seen any so nothing else we could do. Such a shame as the hotel is nice and in a great location but we will not be staying here again

Yesterday came back! The hotel is very good, breakfast and dinner buffet, the sea is a 5-minute walk. Femalia room is just great with a kitchen! ) rested with young children. Cleaned every day, all very friendly, that you will not ask everyone to do! The area is the best! Recommended to everyone!

I needed water bottles for my wife to take medicines, I did not know that hotel provide complementary water bottles every day
During my 3rd day of staying I requested water at night and explain the situation but the lady at reception directed the request of water bottles through restrunt which charge me AED 16, although same water bottle is available just next to hotel at AED 1.5 AED and Lady at reception could provide me complementary bottle which I was not receiving for last 2 days

Great people to serve. I particukarly liked the high floor room. It has good view. The food was awesome. The reception staff is very good. Bhushan and indika were great hosts and are very passionate guest service ambassadors.

After a 17 hour flight from Auckland we arrived early at the hotel (0730) and asked if it was at all possible to have access to our room earlier than 1500 and could we leave our luggage in a safe area until the room was ready. A few minutes wait whilst Bhushan, the Duty Manager checked out room availability and and he offered a choice of two rooms for which we were extremely grateful. The room we chose was large and airy. During our six day stay, we could not fault any of the services offered, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Location is well recommended for access to both Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marinaand its restaurants. We would both stay here on our next visit.

We were looking for a place to celebrate our daughter s annaprasanna (first rice feeding) ceremony. Luckily we picked this hotel for that important day.

Special thanks to F&B manager Mr. Amrinder. He did a splendid job by arranging everything for us. The customized menu was really superb!! The restaurant staff were also very cheerful & attentive.

The apartment we reserved for our family from India was having great Marina view and very comfy.

Keep up the superb work and thanks for the wonderful day for our family & friends. We enjoyed a lot!!! Will visit again!!

The rooms were very clean and the staff members are very welcoming. The location is great and the view is of the Dubai Marina.

1000% recommend I stayed between April 2nd- 8th April 2019. And it was absolutely perfect. The view outside the window, the hotel bedroom was lovely. The staff made so much effort to be friendly. They gave us red velvet cake and an apology letter because they got our room ready a little late. They also made beautiful swans and decorated our room with light up balloons and butterflies and everything as a honeymoon thing. The beach was one minute away, there was also McDonald, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Starbucks outside the door. I had bed breakfast which was amazing. The breakfast had so so much range literally. I just absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I recommend it 100 percent!! Fabulous. They should be a 5 star hotel. I never seen them be rude to anyone. They re just so lovely all the team! I can not say enough nice things about them

Spacious rooms, modern furniture, friendly staff... JBR has many similar options, difficult to differentiate in between them.

The hotel location is perfect. Overlooking Dubai marina, blue island, Dubai eye and in the middle of JBR area. The staff is nice and helpful. Hotel looks old and the room furniture was old and heavily used. The hygiene was okay. I didn t use the room service ,the restaurant , pool or gym because of the Covid-19

Hotel facing the sea and in full JBR the promenade facing the busy sea in the evening, with restaurants and cafe, otherwise the hotel's PDO and top and the rooms clean and large, ideal for families with children

Its a 4 star hotel. With suites and appartment. Hotel needs renovation as become old.

The parking is free but if you wish to serve the car there is a fee for that

Mean and very expensive unnecessarily breakfast! Absolutely not loyal to the guests! Noise from the road. Log in through the stinky parking!

Nice hotel, great location - just a few minutes from the beach. Mcdonalds, Starbucks and ATM machine just outside. Nice little pool area as well. Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. When I complain about my loud neighbors, they transfer me into a super nice suite on the top floor. Breakfast was great also. No complaints (about hotel) throughout my entire stay. Highly recommended!

Gret location and facilities
The hotel is part of complex so within a 1 minute walk there are 3 shops mini market, barbers shop, and pharmacy.
One thing that sets is staff they are very friendiliest and genuine staff specially arshad and duty manager bhushan .

The Hotel is nice clean staff are friendly kind, good location, room is good decoration I stayed in family room at 6th floor, the hotel is good for family, but there s small notes there s not enough towels we was 4 person and they put only two towels, sometimes room service don t clean the room well also there s no soundproof between the rooms, because the room next to me I think they have.....and there sounds was very clear on the other side I have daughter 11 years old
Overall the hotel is very good I will choose it in my next visit

Top hotel. Although reception in an underground car park but we did not care, because only check-in and out. Everywhere nice staff whether front desk dining room or cleaning staff super friendly.
But now on ......
Room: we were on the 16th floor there were two bathrooms one bedroom and a kitchen diner with microwave, fridge, washing machine and kettle and and and .... class. Oh and balcony ....
Cleanliness: all tip top
Food: everything was great everything fresh breakfast and dinner. Angela from the service was just great. Every evening the chef was present. Super great
Location: about 600-700 meters to the beach but the way worth it. Here everything is super clean. Towels and umbrellas are available in the hotel for free (class service from the hotel). Around the hotel there is all the supermarket, McDonald's restaurant and coffees.
All in all, a great class vacation in Dubai. Many thanks to the whole team of the Ramada Hotel

There are many "Ramada Hotel by Wyndham" in Dubai and we endup at wrong "Ramada Hotel by Wyndham" so If you have booked this hotel please mention "Ramada Hotel and Suites by Wyndham Dubai JBR" while booking Cab from Airport.

We have booked 3 rooms, 2 Deluxe King Room and 1 Two Bedroom Apartment Partial Sea View. They give one room at 19th Floor, one at 15th and One on 2nd Floor. Upon request they told us that they could not change room as every room is full.

Wifi was good and room service was quick. Breakfast was included and it were enough option for Vegetarian too. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Marina Beach. Hotel Gym was open for 24 hours and having good equipments.

View from 2nd Floor was not good particularly when your booking has "Featuring a sea view" written on it.

Cab from hotel is costly, on day one hotel cab charge us 50 AED when normal cab changed 20 AED for the same address.

Hotel staff was friendly. Would like to stay again there but only if room with view is available.

We stayed at Ramada JBR, to celebrate my wife birthday and it was amazing. Very homely atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff, especially Mr.Sonu PJ (F & B). We had an awesome time. Value for money. We highly recommended this hotel for family.

Arshad was always more than happy to serve you a cup of beautiful Arabic coffee while waiting in the lobby - a very humble and well spoken person who added to the delight of the stay.

I do not ask you to visit this place, nor do I ask you not to visit because I am not an advertiser for them.

Suspension: 2 stars for the location of the hotel only, and for the minor cleanliness in the rooms .. close to the JPR, although in my opinion there are areas in Dubai that are better than the GBR 1000 times .. The apartments smell bad and the corridors are dilapidated and the floors in the rooms are parquet and there is no ventilation or The windows and the fraying weary and sad decorations .. Unfortunately I booked it through Bockenk based on the assessments and was shocked by the reality .. I tried the 6-day booking and the ability .. There is no lobby for the hotel is a small entrance and reception area in the parking .. Never for families .. And risk to children because the tables in the room Glass and sharp edges. The hotel facilities are shared with residents Brag Shams .. There is better than it and at a better price
