I found the whole experience very stress free as everything was structured clearly and I knew exactly where I was supposed to be at the correct time. Each assessment day was very informative and helped me make very important decisions such as what departments I would have liked to work in. The interview process went very smoothly and I was made to feel very relaxed and calm which helped with stress levels. I would definitely recommend Hawk Training to either a friend or family. A special thanks to Natalie for guiding me through this whole process with ease.

I will always be indebted to Hawk Training for their help in securing me an apprenticeship.I must give credit to Natalie who believed in me,supported and motivated me throughout the entire process.After submitting my CV , Natalie called me in order for the telephone screening to take place. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. We discussed my CV as well as my reason behind why I wanted to do the particular apprenticeship I applied for . At the end of the conversation, I was told I was successful and I pass put forward to undertake the initial assessments . After successfully completing the initial assessments, I was called for an interview at my workplace. Before this interview, Natalie called me twice in order to check that I was okay and well- prepared. On the day of the interview, she called me again to wish me good luck and told me to let her know how it went. Natalie is really inspirational in the sense that she really goes above and beyond. She replies to my emails during out of working hours which demonstrates the extent of how supportive and concerned she is. Again, thank you so much Natalie! After having passed the interview at the workplace , I was secured a work- trial which was a good opportunity to get a better understanding of the job role and to meet with the team. Finally, after having been through all of this I was extremely happy to receive a phone call from Natalie saying I have been offered the place. Right from the very start to the very end , Natalie made the procedure seem straightforward and stress-free. She is very clear and concise in her talk, informing me on everything that I need to know .

First of all I d like to thank Natalie for having faith in me and giving me the opportunity to be enrolled into an Apprenticeship programme.

I found Hawk Training to be very professional in how the process is of getting into an apprenticeship. I passed a few assessments and the final interview for an apprenticeship and found the process smooth.
Natalie was very informative throughout the process. I enjoyed the assessments and it made me know some more about my abilities as a individual.

I applied for an apprenticeship job through Hawk training, and I am extremely pleased with the fact that it has resulted in kick-starting my career in customer service and business administration. Hawk training offers an array of different apprenticeships fit for every individual of whom desires to take this particular career path. The job role I applied for was Apprentice Administrative Assistant (Customer Services) at the University of Arts and my application followed by an interview was successful and I can only thank Natalie for her consistent, informative feedback, which constantly kept me in the loop of things. I would definitely recommend Hawk Training as an apprenticeship program to young people especially because they are willing to talk to you on a singular level rather than other companies formulated responses which can leave someone like myself very confused and disheartened. I was given the full job spec many days prior the interview which allowed me to gather all the knowledge I needed to make me the right candidate for the job, furthermore I felt comfortable to contact Natalie when I had inquires, this also contributed to me getting the job role.

An absolutely fantastic training company with extremely helpful staff. At every stage I was kept informed and it really felt like they were there to support me to achieve my goal. Training was exceptional and really interesting - I even got to find out my personality colour is blue!! Even the final panel interview was not as daunting as it could of been as we were told how to prepare and what to expect from the get go. I wholeheartedly recommend this training company and it's fabulous staff. Without them I don't think I could have got my dream apprenticeship. I found the whole experience super enjoyable and relaxed for apprentices. From applying, Natalie contacted me straight away and from the telephone screening to the assessment she stayed in contact. Would highly recommend to apply through Hawk as it is reliable and just a nice experience for anyone wanting to start as an apprentice!

" Having Hawk Training as recruitment and training company has helped me get close in archiving all my goals, has been an incredible and easy experience which I recommend to any young adult who isn't sure in what to next, they will give you the best advice and recommend you to good job where you can study and gain a qualifications. My experience with this training provider was very pleasant. From the start of the process, applying on the online form, till the end, going in to meet the training providers, I was satisfied. Natalie Henderson being one of the staff at Hawk Training, helped me through my course and would go the extra mile and send emails and texts to confirm that I attended all the dates I had to attend. Furthermore, she is also very easy to get along with and being friendly and enthusiastic, I knew I could turn to her for help when I needed and she would be there for me. Overall, great company with helpful staff and I would definitely recommend this excellent training provider to other people.

So helpful and made me feel comfortable straight away from the telephone screening all the way up until my interviews. The assessment day made me feel so much more comfortable and confident about going to interviews as they provide plenty of tips and guidance.
