I had booked with Lanakai Beach rentals a vacation home "A Place in Paradise" for two weeks in September 2020. The contract I signed required a significant deposit with a 50% refund requirement if canceled 90 days prior to occupancy. I did cancel due to the Covid-19 pendemic and other family matters, outside of the 90 days requirment. To the credit of the landlord, I received a 100% return of my deposit with the help of Lanakai Beach Rentals working on my behalf. If I was ever going to book a vaction again in Hawaii I would use Lanakai Beach Rentals as the source of my vacation plans. In these very trying times it is good to know there are really professional people out there. Thanks very much.
