Excellent service. Friendly well mannered staff. I requested assistance with immediate short-term accommodation and I was seen by a case management worker within 30mins. They assessed my budget and gave me several options which I chose the cheapest, most basic and sustainable which I was settled in that afternoon. Big thanks guys!
I booked a appointment with Haven, went into my meeting and told one of the woman why I couldn t live at home due to my parents being verbally abusive and other bad circumstances, she then said I won t get approved for any house due to not working and couch surfing, they couldn t help me (they didn t offer any help whatsoever) She told me I should suck up my pride and go home. She said it 3 times and laughed at me. Disappointed and disgusted.

It's so rare these days to find some many kind understanding and non judgment people in one work place! They do a wonderful job 5 stars
They don't do anything for single women at threat of homelessness or homeless. They only really assist families. Then they post stories of homeless women being murdered in parks to further their cause. How despicable, when they wouldn't have helped her anyway. Develop some housing strategies for single women... its the fastest growing homeless demographic... and clearly single women are the most vulnerable
Very caring environment. Listen to your needs if you are homeless or having housing issues. Offer free coffee and biscuit.
Cannot help everyone, but we try. A bit more funding would be nice.
