Honestly, there is only 1 person who works at this place that actually replies to issues (Nancy is the only employee I see doing anything). Issue 1: The Hatch Ignite solution is a joke. It is far from ready for release. The Management side of it is a mess. There is no importing of kids data into Hatch, managing kids and classrooms is a disaster. Issue 2: Sales I can't tell you how many times I've contacted sales in order to obtain licenses for their Hatch solution, Our sales rep never replies to calls or emails. If your buying physical stuff - sure they will sell it, but good luck getting any of their digital content. Issue 3: False Advertisement, I don't see how 3 million children sessions and 50k Kids have been entered into the solution, when you look at the message boards and see only myself and 1 other user. Unless the other user manually entered in 50000 kids and their parents info and manually keeps those 50000 kids info updated and those 50000 kids submitted 3 million sessions then the advertisement on their site is a pure lie. I messaged someone on the forums with the title of President regarding the sales issue and other performance issues and no reply. At this point we have tried for over 6 months to buy more licenses, to enroll kids into Hatch Ignite, to even set up classrooms and this company is just terrible to work with. Sales are a disaster and you should be ashamed of how your company is run.

I would like to share my experience. Srikar and his dog have been living in the office since early 2020 and parks his blue Audi there 24/7 from what I can tell. Can employees actually live in the office? Is this a part of the company perks that I don t know about? If someone makes over $200k a year to live in the office, can other employees do the same? I m sure many employees get paid way less than him and would be happy to do the same if that s part of the company s perks.

The quality and care that's being put in to closing the achievement gap is unmatched!
