Very rude. I enquired a special promotion they are running in store and put into consideration that I have already got an order with them. Unbelievable on the phone this sales just told me with no information to share and then transferred me to someone not related at all. I got transferred back and then this sales just talked to the air with 'I have already told you with no information' and hand up my phone. Soooo rude.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. I ordered a bed from this company, paid in full and opted to pick up the goods upon their arrival. Less than two weeks later I received notification that my bed had arrived and was ready for collection, I attended their warehouse and was presented with a bed that was the incorrect size to the receipt given on purchase, I was told that they did not have the stock for my bed and I would have to wait again. After multiple follow ups and unreturned calls I was finally put I touch with Brenda (who I can only assume is some sort of dispute resolution staff, she was lovely and did return calls) despite what appeared to be someone helping me, I then had to wait another two weeks for the correct size bed to come in (no expediting the order for their stuff up, of course not), I got the call again that my bed was ready and I insisted on free delivery for the inconveniences they had caused me which was easy. Their delivery driver contacted me the evening before scheduled delivery and told me we'd need to be home between 12-2pm Saturday, it's currently 2:20 and they have yet to show, I called their warehouse and was only presented with a defensive woman who was rattling off poor excuses why they might be late, no apology, no new time frame and no explanation as to the lack of customer service. I am less than impressed and will not be shopping with Harvey Norman ever again. Why is it so difficult to expect a basic level of customer service from a multi-billion dollar Australian company?

When we went there with money, they were kind and friendly,
BUT after payment???
They were turned. They were ignorant, uncaring, rude, and especially poor customer services.
I am never going to shop here ever again.
We bought 9k worth of TV.
And I regret every single cent of it.

Poor customer service from this store and it's meant to be the flagship store. We needed help or wanted someone to answer some questions for us and no one was interested. Went to Bing Lee got the same product for a fraction of the price and actual customer service.

We were told that they are going to deliver our go...

We were told that they are going to deliver our goods in 2 weeks. Now it has been 2 months and we are still waiting. Not even a call from this "so called" store. This is not real store where you could buy acctual goods, this is just display store and you have to wait delivery from China.
Save yourself time and money going to this "store" and buy in some of those online stores. At least they are honest and tell you have to wait delivery from overseas.

Bought item online for click and collect. download...

Bought item online for click and collect. downloaded the app in the same name. After 3 days app says something's wrong with my order. Did not receive item ready to pick up email. Called 3 different place to confirm that item was actually already waiting in store for me to pick up. Once at the store went to 3 different sections of the store to enquire where my item was. Noone seemed to know who did what is where. The customer service at auburn store was non existent. Hope jerry Harvey is getting ready pack up the brand. It's definitely going south. Won't last much longer. I will not be shopping at Harvey norman anymore, and will recommend this to people I come across

Went to their warehouse sale. Basically they looked at everyone as potential criminals going to "nick" their stuff. Their stock was very dusty/dirty and I went to the nearest fast food place to use the bathroom to wash my hands when we left. I spent more money at the fast food place, relieved that the ordeal at Harvey Norman was over.

You really needed to know your prices before going to the garage sale, because most of the stuff is not what I would call "special" or "cheap' prices. Won't be making the effort to go to their next "Garage sale"

This Harvey Norman is pretty big, having a huge variety of things. We wanted to organise a bedroom suite, LCD, and other little things. We truly got a decent deal compared to other places with 48 months interest fee.

Yea, it is kinda ok.

I go there a few times to buy various items. My best experience was looking for a gas heater replacement and was told about the instantaneous heaters. Brought one from my Plumber who did a great job (ok Harvey Norman only involved to give advice, no heater brought from Harvey norman).

Store is chaos in 3 different floors. With multiple vendors trading under Harvey Norman. However sometimes they have a good price and you can find a helpful salesperson. Absolute Chaos and there are better places to go. But you can pick up a bargain when it is sales time. You probably can't trust the salesperson as they won't be working there in 3 months time.

Simply an awesome place. The staff are so friendly & helpful. Simon, Hana (Kitchen Dept) & Saumil (Tiles) are truly wonderful ambassadors, uplifting the image of Harvey Norman. Excellent set up & a lovely environment. Allow ample time if you want to cover all areas. Will revisit.

Everything i buy from Harvey Norman seems to break...

Everything i buy from Harvey Norman seems to break, mostly within the warranty period. Purchased a TV and extended warranty for $6k and was told it's top of the range, 4 months later and the screen became faulty. So our TV is picked up and taken away for service for 2 weeks. 8 months later and the same thing happens again, our TV is taken away for service for 2 weeks. Now it has happened again for the 3rd time and it's funny how Harvey Norman staff don't want to talk about it. Harvey Norman your after sales service sucks. From now on my family will shop elsewhere, anywhere as long as it's not Harvey Norman.

Flagship store with a one star customer service. Rang up and also used their online service and was told their new Dipslay Bathroom Showroom was opened. Arrived onsite only to find I've been lied to. Checked with one of their Sales staff in the store and was told it won't be opened until December. If this is their flagship store the incompetent service provided I would highly recommend customers to go elsewhere.

I purchased the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Purifier Fan Heater from this store on 11/06/2019 and have been greatly disappointed with the performance of this product when compared to other Dyson products I have purchased. The fan barely heats anyone in close proximity and blows the surrounding cold air towards people standing further away. Dyson's website offers a 45-Day Money Back Guarantee on unsatisfied products. The same guarantee is not applied to any Dyson product in this store. Therefore I suggest glancing at the manufacturer's website before attempting to purchase anything from Harvey Norman Flagship Store Auburn.

I had one of the most amazing experience when my wife bought me a birthday present which is a 65 inch TV. The sales representative named Vikas was very accomodating from the very start when we visited Harvey Norman Flagship Store at Auburn. He was so helpful in every way. He knows his stuffs and was knowledgeable about the products that he is selling. The best part was when after buying the Samsung NU 8000 65 model TV, the price went down aftet 3 days, and when I went back to ask
regarding the store s Price Guarantee policy, Vikas was so accomodating and made changes on the price and I was able to avail the reduced priced.
He made everything so easy for his customers. I congratulate Harvey Norman for having him as one of your sales representative. Vikas is an asset to your company!!!

Don t shop here! They lie to you just to make the sale. Was told 8 weeks to get my lounges which I agreed upon. Now 15 weeks and still waiting. Apparently 15 weeks is the norm! If only they told me!

Some flagship shop this is. The only lift in the store wasnt working, i was trying to shop with my son who is in a wheelchair. We were trying to get on the second floor where the electrical department is. We waited infront of the lift for 10min, i approched a staff member and advised him that the lift wasnt working, he replied if its not working its not working and directed me to use the escalator, i said how am i supposed to use the escalator with a wheelchair. I then approched another staff member and advised him the samething, he said yes we know and we can't do anything at the moment. At least put a sign up near the lifts indicating thats it is out of order.

Scheduled delivery at my place for yesterday was rescheduled for today as per my telephonic conversation with their delivery team however I have been waiting for their call today and yet there is no update from Harway Norman's delivery team and nobody from their delivery team is answering the call on 92024689.

Once I told the salesman that I wanted to use 50 month interest free, he tried to push me on everything that was not on sale resisting my interest in things that were on sale. I then found the same items that he had refused to do cheaper as I wanted 50 months interest free, cheaper on the Harvey Norman website than he wanted to charge me. To top it off, the salesman said he'd give me a few minutes to think about it, but didn't come back.

Spacious store with a very wide range of choices. The staff are super helpful and friendly, in my 15-minute visit I was approached several times to offer help.
The prices are a bit higher than the other retailers, however when I found something I wanted, and showed that another store has it for a cheaper price they reduced their price lower than I expected. Ended up buying it from Harvey Norman.

Great customer service!

All thanks to Mitchell* (manager I think?) But the dude provided some top level service to both my brother and I. Michelle provided us with the best prices he possibly could all while having a laugh with us.

That guy was awesome.

The lesson here is he provided top level service which got me to revisit my review and change it around.

Customer service pays off and Mitchell* is a great example of that.

Jerry Harvey would say online shopping is the way of the future. DO NOT choose Harvey Norman for this as the time taken to process an order when something is already in stock is beyond a joke. No wonder companies such as Amazon take business from Australian companies when service is this poor. Go in store or buy elsewhere as I will be doing in future. There are much better retailers out there and have far less Fair Trading complaints as Harvey Norman.
