Very nice place.staff are very accommodating to your needs.

Harvest is the best... Always a very clean store, friendly staff, and healthy food. On Saturdays, they have A LOT of free samples. They also have a nice restaurant with really good food. Prices are a little high, but I think they are fair.

Almost a Whole Foods, probably the closest in feel I'll get to in Champaign.

Everything I've had to eat from Harvest Market's grocery section as well as their in store restaurant has been fantastic. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful store with lots of options. Their emphasis on organic and local is well done, if misguided. Prices tend to be higher than other stores because of the way they source their products. Organic and local are neither more nutritious nor sustainable. They are a waste of money for cash strapped families.

This place has so many wonderful attributes!
The restaurant has good food, all home made. The staff are all very helpful and always are smiling. I feel good shopping there. They also have a variety of local farm fresh food items, fresh in-house churned butter and in house baked goods.

My opinion of the restaurant side- it's amazing. I've gotten a few things a cycle through on the menu. Everything I've had tastes so great. The service is very good. What i love to do most there is I'll order food and they have a lounge area upstairs I go to. I have a great view of Neil street (if you like to have a good view of town watching, you'll love it too). I'll read my Bible and enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant.

One of the best grocery stores I have ever been to across the country. They have an excellent selection of organic and local produce. As well as a good mix of non-organic essentials. Their fresh squeezed lemonade is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. If you are ever in the area, it is definitely worth checking out.

Great meat and fresh food section. Jesus(the meat manager) is awesome and does great work! Love the feel of the store. Of course if you are just looking for milk, bread and eggs there are certainly cheaper options.

Check out their produce department. They have the freshest, best tasting produce of any grocery store in the Champaign Urbana area because they source directly from local farmers as much as they can. When it's thousands of miles and several days fresher, it tastes better and should be worth a bit extra!

It is weird to write/think that I have a favorite grocery store, but it is the absolute truth. Their selection for prepared items and fresh food is great. Their cleanliness is top notch. Even something as silly as having VERY NICE carts is appreciated. I have never had a negative experience here, and dont suspect that I ever will with how over the top friendly the staff is. I pass by several other stores to shop here because of the experience.

Freshest meats and produce in east central IL. They will even cook the meat or seafood for you! Deli is super stocked including many cheeses and butter. Hot food and real coffee bar!

It's a beautiful store, but very expensive. Would be nice to have carts that can seat 2 children.

Wow this grocery store is one of my favorite places to visit whenever I am in town. The staff is wonderful and I've never seen a group of people so happy to help. The fact that the deli and meat counters will cook almost anything for you is astonishing. Pair that with the cafe or the upstairs bar dining area and you have the perfect place. To spend a afternoon.

Harvest has the best produce in town, hands down. Their prices are a little on the expensive side but that is expected with the product quality they keep. They have a nice deli with plenty of pre-made food options which you can eat upstairs while your study or work. They have my vote for best quality product grocery store in town.

It is almost the highest point among the marts in Champagne. The seafood is always fresh (scallop 2 kinds, shrimp and even shellfish). We pay attention to fish corners so that there are more than 8 types of salmon. Meat is cheap and quality, vegetables and fruit corner are never hit by county or target. First of all, it is very good because there is fresh juice orange juice juice.

I have never had a bad experience here! The food is wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond all of the time. Today we had an exceptional experience where Sheila and the cheese mongers Steph and Beth went out of their way to provide service and good conversation. 10/10 would recommend (:

This store should be great, but every visit is frustrating. Tonight I opened a package of chicken that hadn't yet reached its sell by date, and the chicken was RANK. I've had this issue at County Market on Kirby & Duncan, which is why I stopped shopping there. The variety of produce available is always very high, but they are almost always out of the most common types of produce, like broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, and cabbage. I can't count how many times I ran in just to grab something basic, like broccoli, and I've had to leave and go elsewhere. I want to love Harvest Market, because some things are great -- like the fish and meat department, barring the chicken, which has more than once smelled terrible days before the expiration date. Instead of having such a huge variety of so many things, I wish they would just focus on doing a few things really well. Even the Farmhouse Restaurant disappoints more often than not -- we've stopped going there for breakfast because the food is rarely prepared correctly (i.e. pancakes come out raw in the middle, even after asking them to be prepared again.) The grocery prices are significantly higher than other grocery stores nearby. I know Harvest Market is trying to model after some of the major all-in-one grocery "experiences" like in the suburbs of Chicago, and perhaps they still need more time to work the kinks out. But I'd rather grocery stop where the prices reflect the quality and where I feel more confident that I'm not going to get food poisoning from spoiled chicken.

Love the uniqueness of the store! And the friendliness of the staff! Restaurant and cheese Dept are my favorites in the store! Everyone was so helpful and kind. There are a few things I would change in the CSR area... But for the most part the store is great and as a former employee I loved working there!

Great Customer Service! I live in Chicago and shop Whole Foods. While on an extended stay in Champaign I happened to be in the hotel right next to Harvest Market and found their selections and service to be comparable to what I am used to.

Reason for one star less than perfect is that I found one of my purchases to be over ten days expired, so I am not fully confident in their culling. I discovered this the next day when I went to consume the product and was shocked! I immediately went over to the store and politely showed the product at their customer service counter.

I had thrown away my receipt the prior day as wont to do for groceries, but John at customer service was very friendly about the matter and refunded my money while also adding that he would notify the right people to ensure the problem is rooted well. John immediately restored my faith in the store's promise to their customers and I will not hesitate to make Harvest Market my first grocery stop again as I tend to stay in Champaign frequently.

Thanks John. You're a true asset to the store and much appreciated. I've had product issues (elsewhere) before which were resolved on a much larger scale than a $6 purchase, but never before have a written a review on a transaction such as this one until now, and John is the reason why. This just goes to show how valued John's service is.

It was a little hard to find pasta... Too many choices

This is one of if not the best place in C-U for whole foods. Their produce always seems to be fresh and high quality. The meat is top notch,high quality,organic and the way meat should be! They have a wide selection of foods in general but if your after good organic,natural foods I'd say harvest market has it down! The prices are reasonable considering the quality, yeah....I'm sure you could go to say...Walmart and get beef for maybe 1/4-1/2 the price but it will be no where near the quality and nothing "clean" or "whole" about it. I've always found the staff to be super helpful and friendly.
