This local company delivers excellent customer service. I am impressed by the way they touch our community. They grow seasonal vegetables out in front of the store. Local homeless or hungry residents can pick some tomatoes, squash or sunflower seeds. They promote the therapeutic benefits of gardening for all ages from school kids to the elderly. They have everything you need to have a successful garden especially expertise.Go check them out.
I had a good experience with them, I will definitely use them for all my hydroponic needs.
Before you try to go anywhere else, give this place a go. Forget using any more time on this question. Don't call, just go in and if they don't got it for any reason, they've got it in a couple days. Then come back and give me a.. umm.. like? Whatever it is. These folks are great. Do it. Do it.
These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to gardening. They also provide amazing customer service. A must go to grow shop if you are in Redding !
Staff is friendly, but everything in the store is overpriced. I can find all the same products cheaper at the other 2 stores in town. Told the clerk I needed a pesticide for specific pest and was given the wrong product, called to try and make it right and was first told I could get a discount for the mistake, called again to confirm and was told too bad, come buy a brand new bottle of the correct stuff with 1$ off. Wont be returning here, and will be taking my business to Northern Roots.

Not the best place to buy stuff if you are legal commercial grower. They do not take sellers permits, prices high, gave a request for 50k of nutes never called me back. All employees are big headed, always give me attitude, customer service is below 0 there.
The staff is pretty knowledgeable and friendly. There prices are very fair, and sometimes the cheapest I can find even on the Internet
