I had a bad experience with the service department they called right away and made it right! All companies make mistakes to me it s how you handle those mistakes. Bagley Tractor was right on top of the issue and made it right with a phone call as soon as I got back to work. I will take my next stuff there that needs to be fixed and be happy to do it. Again it s not whether you make mistakes or not it s how you handle the mistakes you made. Bagley Tractor handles them well. Good job Bagley Tractor!

Not where you want to buy. Customer service is not understood at all. Bought a brand new Honda mower and it was leaking oil when I got home. I live one hour away and it leaked all over my truck bed on the way home. Mower had a bad seal and they would only repair not replace with another mower. When you spend $800 on a push mower you expect the dealer to say we are sorry and handle the problem. I even had to load it without help after service. Could have been handle so differently, but they only care about the sale up front. Please, please go somewhere else.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. You could tell they had been busy most of the day and there were a few people ahead of me in line. They were still very polite. When it was time for me to make my purchase it went very smoothly and the person that was helping me answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Thanks for all of the help.
After shopping around for a larger tractor, I stopped by Bagley's one afternoon and had purchased a new tractor before I left. Tales Vierira was the sales rep and answered all of my questions and I had a lot. Also, gave me a complete walk around the tractor and pointed out features and maintenance requirements before they delivered it to my house--which was also very informative. The gentleman who delivered it was very thorough and detailed in the information he provided me. All around great experience and I've had the tractor about two months and it's lived up to the sales pitch!
took a 025 chainsaw in to have chain sharpened and check oil pump. found housing damaged they tried to repair it but couldn't was told it would work but not oil well. went to pick up and got my parts in a box with a damaged flywheel (key was broken) took them two days to find the bar and chain that was with when i took it in. not sure they were even the original bar and chain. so if your a little guy stay away from the service department it is apparent they don't care about you. had to leave a star just to post ignore star. i'll give them three stars because they did call and try to make it right.
We've been very impressed with the sales at Bagley. We drive here from Tyler to get what we need because we appreciate the service. Go see Lenny so he can fix you up. We haven't had to use the service department yet but I expect it will be great too.
I recently went in to look at a zero turn. I was helped by a guy named Jason. While he seemed new, he was very eager to help. If he did not know the answer, he would get it for me. I also asked about the side by sides and he even took me outside and let me try one out. I live in Shreveport, but I drove over because there is no tax in Texas. I recommend going to see these guys. I look forward one day to doing some business with them.

Very disappointed . They quoted a 400 hour service for $900.00 on my Kubota 1140 rtv this price included 5 1/2 hours of labor. I had it serviced before they charge $600.00. I thought that was way overpriced. Was never told the price until pick up. Called Kubota main office to see what the service book said on 400 hour service. Was told labor should be between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Would not recommend this over price Kubota dealership.
First off let me start by saying I give this dealership 5 stars. Now it wasn t a perfect experience but in the end it was a good one. I wanted a B2650 and it did take about 2 months to get it. When I approached the newly arrived tractor the first thing that jumps out at me was overspray form orange paint where they touched up scratches on the box blade... sprayed right over the land pride decal where it took a good hit probably in shipping, it even has a slight bow in the left side panel but hey it s a box blade. Also lifting up the seat the right fender on the inside was scratched up pretty good from assembly. Little things. Oh then you go inside and do paperwork and there is a sheet saying you are receiving without scratches or dents lol. Well I signed but I ve already waited 2 months. Not a big deal. Now the next thing was when the tractor was ready for pick up the canopy wasn t there. They had 2 months to get it!! Now for the big thing... I pick it up on Monday and Wednesday I go to unload off the trailer and it won t start. I take it back Friday (1hr 15min drive) and they looked at it right away, they had it fixed in ten minutes. Great service department, Very nice people, professional in every way. My salesman Tales was very knowledgeable and answered any question I had. All in all I ll keep doing business with them.
