This letter is in regard to Mr. Diulio Constante. I can not express enough how pleased I am with the work that he and his fellow workers have done with the exterior paint at Tropic Bay. Diulio runs a tight ship. His guidance, and relentless desire to satisfy shows in every detail. This achievement does not go un-noticed. I am an extremely satisfied unit owner.

Thank you Diulio for your diligence. I am grateful that Hartzell Painting was selected for this project. But especially grateful to Diulio for his patience and understanding throughout every phase of the project.

The staff and service we experienced was incredible! Hartzell exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. We used their company for both external house painting as well as painting inside our home over the years and it's always a fabulous job. They are responsive, friendly, reliable, and excellent workers on hand. Even the office staff when we discussed scheduling was wonderful to speak with. A true gem of a local south FL company!

I cannot rave enough about the work that Hartzell has done for us in painting and giving new life to our shopping centers. They are so professional, so accommodating, so full of good insights and helpful advice...given that they've been in the business for 70 years...although I don't think that the same painter that was up on a ladder then is still doing it today! They have learned a lot over that time and they pass it on to insure really high quality work, which they stand behind. What you do is important...who you do it with is just as important, so in addition to excellent work, they are staffed with excellent people who make the job such a pleasure for all.

Amazing experience with Hartzell, and with job manager Leo Citrangulo. They were professional, responsive, best price by far, and the work was done really well. Leo went above and beyond to make certain all the details were right, and that I was happy with everything. The painter Romeo was awesome too. Power washed indiscrimnatly outside of our house, creating mud pile.Workers then walked along path to our house caking mud everywhere. Refuse to clean up the mess they created.

Put plastic in the concrete path so it doesn't become caked with mud.This is common sense..Clean up the mess you created.

When our community needed painting we interviewed several companies and picked Hartzell for their professionalism and responsiveness to our needs. We have 175 homes, with 12 individual colors. The crew was wonderful, the staff in the office very nice when we called with questions. I highly recommend them.

I used Hartzell Painting to paint and remove the stone on the exterior of my home. During the stone removal, 2 shutter supports were removed and "hidden" under my front porch behind my plants so they were definitely and intentionally "placed" there (this is about 4 feet away from the windows they were on). I found them when doing my spring gardening. I contacted Chuck at Hartzell to come back to re-install and was told that shutters were not included in my contract. These are not shutters but supports that are affixed to my home. To paint them and reinstall them would not take much time as we are talking 4 screws in total; each support is about 2/12 feet in length. How long could this possibly take to corrrect/fix this problem? Note that all other shutter supports were painted so apparently they are included in the contract. In addition, they stuccoed over the holes so I can't just replace them myself.....but should I really have to after paying them to do the job. They have left me at risk in the event of a bad storm or hurricane. I have asked twice for Chuck to have a manager call me and have received no response, In addition, there are paint splatters over my landscape rocks, on my driveway which they covered up with black spray paint and they broke the a/c condensation pipe on the outside of my house. Hartzell did send someone out to fix it. I would recommend finding another company!!

I am a Property Manager for FirstService Residential in Boca Raton and have had the pleasure of using Hartzell Painting and Waterproofing for numerous jobs on site. I must say they do an excellent job. The workers are very professional and experienced. They offer many more services than just painting - I recommend giving them a call - you will be very happy that you did!

So I called to get an estimate which was done yesterday by Leo . Just by the poor customer service he provided I sure wouldn t hire this company if it was the last company on earth not to mention he said he would send me the estimate by email in few minuets which never received

I think it's unprofessional to have a white jeep driving crazy on the roads. He almost smashed into the back of my car 5 times. Speeding in and out of lanes. Don't recommend this company if they going to allow people to act crazy.

Teriible company. Got over spray on my vehicle and refused to completely fix it. Beware of their careless workmanship because they will not own up to their mistakes.

We were very happy with the quality of service provided by the team that painted the Jupiter branch this past week. Nino s crew was extremely professional, worked around our schedule and stayed late nights to get the job done in a timely manner. They were dependable, meticulous and did an excellent job. When it was time to do my office building not only did Hartzell provide the best price and warranty, they sent a massive crew to the property every day so that the job did not drag on forever. It was done timely by a reliable and friendly staff who did an amazing job. We get compliments all the time about how the building looks. Then, Hartzell transformed my back yard at home into a beautiful tropical paradise. Sent a crew to rebuild fences, repaint them, sand blast and repaint floors ---- and the place looks like new. Not only did they do an AMAZING job painting the outside and inside of my home but they assisted in helping choose the colors as well as we had difficulty selecting a color and it matched PERFECTLY! The Hartzell Painting team recently painted the residential development in which I live. What could have been a major inconvenience turned out to be anything but. Their precision and care can be seen all throughout our property. They worked with residents and addressed any of our special needs. Our building has never looked so alive with color. A new sense of pride in the place we live came as a result of their work.

Excellent exterior painting work from start to finish by Hartzell, which appeared to be a full service company. No shortcuts, no rush jobs. Where as other painters would start painting immediately, Hartzell pressure cleaned the entire condo complex where I live. The precision and skillful painters went to work painting the next day using various paint application equipment and methods, each one best suited for the specific area of the building. Great attention to detail was demonstrated and was ongoing. What caught my attention, and was new to me, is that Hartzell actually appoints and retains a speck, spot and smudge remover crew member at all times on the job. As a result the complex was left spot free.

This is the second time Hartzell has painted our hi-rise beach front condominium following concrete restoration projects. Both jobs involved covering extensive stucco and concrete repairs as well as changes in color. On both jobs we received results demonstrating pride in workmanship, with excellent supervision and polite and cooperative crews. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Foreman Jose (Nino) Ferreira is a pleasure to work with.

We just had some upgrades done in our house and choreographing all of the contractors was difficult. Hartzell was professional and so easy to work with. They bent over backwards to work around our chaotic schedule and did an excellent job on a tight timeline. They have earned our future business!

Our HOA contracted with Hartzell to power-wash the 175 houses, walls, and roofs of our zero-lot community in Boca Pointe prior to painting each house. In the past years of employing less than adequate Shylock painting companies Hartzell had a momentous job of righting all of the prior wrongs in order to provide our community with the best paint job we have ever received. In addition to all of the structural corrections that had to be addressed, the crews also had to handle the variety of community personalities of our residents. Everyone from the painting crews on site, the crew foreman, the general managers, the office staff members, and the accounting department all remained courteous, helpful, and accommodating.
Eddie Holman, Owner of Hartzell, was on site almost as much as the painting crews throughout the entire project. He was not just a visible presence but also involved himself in any issue that required resolution. Communication between the HOA, the residents, and Hartzell was always fluid and open.
I would highly recommend Hartzell for their painting ability as well as all of the other Hartzell sister divisions. The areas of construction and repair that was performed within our community is beyond reproach.

I could not be more satisfied with their work! The price was competitive, they were timely, VERY communicative and everything was done to my satisfaction and beyond. This company Damaged my car and hired a mobile detailing company to try and remove the paint they sprayed on it. I heard from several people that they do this all the time and let me tell you, they are horrible. I wrote them numerous emails, called them too many times, and now it is getting to the point where I have to get legal representation because this company wont own up to their mistakes. They caused damage and refused to fix it. They are very unethical and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I've used them on three separate occasions to paint the interior of my home and they were amazing, work was pristine with no issues. They've also pressure cleaned my driveway and roof and were just as good. Our HOA used them to repaint the exterior of all our homes last year and they did a perfect job. I could not recommend them more highly.

I was overwhelmed with the service and quality of their work. They painted the interior of my home. AT first I was not sure of the color I wanted. They went out of their way to paint about 7 different colored squares on my walls to choose from. It made my decision much easier. When the completed painting my 3000 square foot home, I remember walking through the job with the supervisor anticipating finding something they would need to touch up or correct. I could not find one issue. They even painted my ceilings and garage and still I could not find one flaw. I will only use Hartzell for my painting needs for now on. They are truly the best.

The painters did an excellent job of painting the inside of the house and we are very pleased with the outcome. They were very meticulous in setting up and keeping their work area clean and tidy which we very much appreciated.
