This is the second time Hartzell has painted our hi-rise beach front condominium following concrete restoration projects. Both jobs involved covering extensive stucco and concrete repairs as well as changes in color. On both jobs we received results demonstrating pride in workmanship, with excellent supervision and polite and cooperative crews. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
