Ordered a part on Friday February 28th and paid ex...

Ordered a part on Friday February 28th and paid extra to have the part shipped 2 day express. We were told the part would be here on Monday March 2nd. Now we are being told the part will be shipping out today March 4th and will take 2 to 3 days to get to us and fingers crossed it will be here Friday the 6th but worse case scenario Monday the 9th. Originally when we talked to customer service at 8am they said they would look further into the situation and get back to us and after we still didn't receive a call or email with a tracking number we called and got the tracking number and was told it's because the billing hadn't gone through yet. Which is ridiculous considering we paid for the part and shipping on Friday the 28th. Absolutely awful experience with this company.

I ordered a number of Hart/Cooley heater registers...

I ordered a number of Hart/Cooley heater registers online. Almost all of them had peeling paint, large dents, bubbles in paint, and drips of other colored paint on them. I returned them three times and each time the replacements were in the same terrible condition. Quality control must be nonexistent at this company. Definitely avoid their products.

Evidently Lowes uses this company as a vendor. The...

Evidently Lowes uses this company as a vendor. They are already 1.5 weeks late getting my order shipped to Lowes for store pickup. Lowes says it is the vendor's problem. This has made my project become delayed, and wasted the time I had set aside to complete the project. I do not recommend using Lowes.com, but I'm noting here that Lowes says this company is the holdup.
