I've dealt at Harry Rosen for over 30 years, but this was my first time at this location. I had excellent service from Brandon with many great recommendations to meet my needs. He even altered my pants, same day, with the tailor off for the day and they were perfect. As a side note, I contacted their head office to search for a person that had sold me my first suit 33 years ago in London Ontario and I had developed a relationship over the years. They recognized the original store, long closed and pointed me in the direction of Brandon, as my contact was on leave. I'm in the customer service industry and I can tell you, this is why Harry Rosen has done so well over the years. It is a relationship business and they always give me material to teach my employees that this is how customer service is done.
