Lovely helpful staff, extremely large selection of chocolates. They have the best buckeyes here. I wont be going anywhere else for quality chocolates from now on.

I love the chocolate! Regular prices are very high. Look for bargains and sale items after holidays. Also, go to the left when entering, to the back of the store, on the right is the bargain bin section. Usually have very good prices there.

Amazing Chocolate much of which is made on the premises.

Make sure you come on a day that they are running tours as they are the most fun. Samples are pretty great too!

Awesome experience. The factory tour was informative; our tour guide (Laura) had some good answers and was great with the kids. The samples were delicious and we got some e goodies from the ahop to take home.

They have all kinds of chocolates and caramels that are very delicious. You can buy chocolates as a gift or just because. There are also affordable chocolates that I prefer. If you like mint I recommend that. It's my favorite. Plus they have a FREE TOUR so take your kids or a date and sample some chocolates

The Chocolate is Good, the people that work here are nice and friendly. We go on the free tour about once a year it's fun for the kids (& you get a free sample Or 2)

Waggoner's Chocolates is so much better!! The people there are alot nicer too.

Their chocolate is amazing and the tours are very interesting. They have a very nice store with a huge selection of chocolates and candies.

Free tour is the bomb! Come ready for samples. Very interesting, u can look into candy making areas, feels like Charlie in Choc factory ;) the Buckeyes were Amazing!!!Prices are not bad in store as well. Bring $20 or more to take home goodies. Tell ur guide about any food allergies prior to short video at beginning they will warn u of any stuff to avoid. Stairs to tour are not steep but 2 flights so if u can't do steps I believe there may be elevators.

This was a nice place to tour; however, tour guide was not very professional or knowledgeable. It was free and there were candy samples at the end.
