I love working at Sykes. I have an awesome coach who is willing to go the extra mile, Levi is always trying help us be our best while making the environment a fun one. I am empowered to help my customers and I feel valued as part of the team. The benefits are good, although I wished they kicked in sooner, but it is what it is.. I get to talk with customers from all over and share experiences with them. I am even given the opportunity to gift them a surprise gift if I choose to, what other company does that, really it s amazing!

I am currently an employee at Sykes and couldn't be more satisfied (other than I have a long commute each day). The company supports a very employee centered environment that makes it a fun place to work. The culture is very diverse. Leadership seeks feedback to ensure the environment remains a positive one.

I love working for Sykes, fun environment, employees are the nicest and the hire ups are always listening to your concerns and try to fix them... my last coach was the best he cared for us as a person and tried to help us hetting the time off we needed his name was Steve stackland, he retired but I still remember him as the best coach someone can have! They give you bonuses for just showing up on time to do your work!! I love it!!

I have worked for Sykes for almost 3 years and I have really enjoyed my time here. I had never intended to work in a call center but I thoroughly enjoy my job and the team I am a part of.

It's a call center that thinks they're special. They brag about how choosy they are and that you should be grateful you made the cut. lol I had coworkers that couldn't even manage to add and subtract payments. They have all these different policies about desk toys, personal grooming, and dress code that is only enforced if you aren't one of management's favorites. I sat next to a girl who spent her whole shift trying to facetune with half of Sephora which is expressly against policy, but no one ever says anything. But I couldn't have playdough. Ridiculous.

I really have enjoyed my time working here so far at Sykes. It has a great work environment and most people here are great. The work can be challenging sometimes but I can say that it has taught me a lot.

One of the best call centers in the valley. Why? Steady reliable employer with solid reputable industry leading product, pay as agreed, lots of potlucks, paid time off starting right away, benefits, 401k, etc, and a flexible management approach. I've been here 3 years so I should know, right?

This company is the most brainwashing, cult-like, under-compensating and micromanaging place you could ever work at. They track every door you walk through, lock up all your personal objects except your clothes as a standard protocol, give you 30s of after-call time, and have absolutely no tolerance for attendance occurances. You can't turn down abusive callers. They don't even allow you to use your promised PTO time to go to relative's funerals. I'm not a petty person, the only reason I'm going out of my way to write this is is out of consideration for anyone contemplating employment there. Everyone working there could do better somewhere else.

I am a student and work at Sykes. I ve had an overall great experience working here management and coworkers have been the bomb. They ve worked with me on situations with short notices and even adjust each time my schedule changes. Also for an entry level part time position the pay is way good and I always get some sort of sizable bonus every month. So in short Sykes is a way chill place to work that pays well and pretty easy.
(I m an English major so me an physical labor don t mesh)

Management needs to be replaced whit people that actually know what they are doing. They will tell you what they want you to hear not follow up with you. They promote people who are incompetent and can t preform the job they were hired to do. They will pass on a person who is more than qualified for someone who doesn t know anything on how to preform their job

I love working here, they truly care about their employees and develop them if the desire is shown to move up in the company. I completely disagree with the previous reviews as I know this company holds employees accountable and some don't like that accountability. This is one of the best companies I have worked for and I have a lot of professional experience. It is hard to find a company with a good culture like this one.

People are nice and very friendly. The environment itself is great. Several positions provided that can fit for you, just need to work your way up. Pay is great and benefits too!
