Great chocolate, fun place to go for a date. They have a chocolate tour that gives you some history and you get to see the plant. You even get some free samples at the end!

The chocolate is amazing. Best gelato I've ever had. There's a huge variety to choose from. They have small to large gift baskets to boxes of chocolates, boxes of chocolates, caramels, mint chocolates, and even single serving pieces. It's awesome!

We're going to come back for the tour because they give tours Monday through Thursday of the chocolate production side. It was Saturday so the tours weren't running. The staff there are so friendly and we're eager to give samples! The most important part is their chocolate is so good!

SO MUCH FREE CHOCOLATE The tour was interesting. We got to see the wrapping station in action. There were only a few of us so it went pretty fast too.

I used to love this place but stopped in today to find out that they were only accepting card when I offered to pay exact change the employee was rude and acted as if I wasnt willing to pay for it .So after that experience I wont be returning

I am very disappointed in the Harry London box of fudge I just purchased today. The box says choc. walnut fudge and shows a pic. of what looks like milk choc. and lots of walnuts, when I opened the box its very dark choc, and you cannot see the walnuts, I have purchased this companies candy before and was pleased but I feel what I got today is kind of misrepresentation of his product.

Fantastic chocolate, and beautiful inside.. but dont expect to spend pretty much less than 20 dollars. It's pricey inside. They used to sell "mistake bags" or they might've been called oops bags.. they were only about 10 dollars I think and had a lot in them.. but since they've done away with that.. it's hard to spend less than 20 dollars getting something you want..

Harry London's/ Fanny May chocolate factory was just a perfect way to end our adventure! It had been a few years since I had been, my friend never had! Truly a wonderful place. We were greeted with a smile, offered sweets...who can turn down chocolate? Wait about 5 minutes for the tour to start. Informative and fun , with more chocolate! Tour ended in the gift shop/ store where we couldn't resist even more chocolate Definitely worth the drive. Tour and samples are free. There is a nesting goose in the front yard so be mindful of her and her very protective mate.

I can not drive past this candy factory without stopping. Remember Fannie Mae candies? Of course the french mints melt in your mouth. I have never taken the tour because I'm always on my way to somewhere else, but I will. Try not to buy too much. haha

We planned our Canton visit around the Pro Football Hall of Fame and a chocolate factory tour. However, the website doesn't indicate that tours are only offered Mon-Thrs. so our Friday visit was wasted. Not good service Harry London.

I mainly get the dark chocolates from here. With a name such as Harry London, I was a little disappointed that high fructose corn syrup was being used in their products. When I asked the lady at the counter about it, she became rather defensive. I wasn't very impressed with the tour since half the operation was closed that particular day.

Elegant storefront with excellent staff. Stopped by with a group, they welcomed us with open arms and patiently assisted each guest personally as we swarmed their chocolate store. My hat's off to management and staff for such a great job. Oh yeah, the chocolate is delicious

Have to stop every time I travel this way, it has become a tradition. Love the London Mints and don't mind a Buckeye or two especially to give as gifts. Really appreciate the mark down section. Nice people and delicious samples.

What a great chocolate tour, tour guide was very informative. The samples were delicious and plentiful! Everyone we talked to were very friendly, and if you can't do stairs they have an elevator which was great for the guys. Prices were also very good. Will take the grandkids there next year.

I had a great time, and learned alot! I drove an hour here and I'll say it was probably not worth the drive though. If your in the area I'd definitely recommend going. The chocolate is very tasty and well made and it was overall a great atmosphere.

How can you say anything negative about chocolate?! Good deals in back corner, as I learned from other reviews.. thank you. We visited on Saturday and there were no tours to attend, just the store was open for shopping. But we got some good deals on some delicious chocolates. So it was a good day. Bought the 6lb. tin of chocolate.... holy chocolate! Lol

It was a nice place to visit. The tour is free. It starts with a short move on the history of the company and the a short tour of production floor from an observation hallway that runs the length of the production area. You get some great samples on the tour and some good deals in the store afterwards.

Disappointed stop by to visit I live 1500 miles away wanted to go on the tour but I was the only one they said he had to have to set there for 45 minutes and there was nobody else to go so that means I will never be able to go on the tour so sad
