They were very nice their showroom I'd very beautiful

I am not a professional. I first showed up at the wrong place; a kind man graciously walked outside with me and showed me where I needed to go. The customer service in the plumbing supply section was excellent. If he was annoyed or amused by my ignorance, he had the decency to hide it. It was a much more positive experience than I've had at the Depot or similar places because of the personalized service I received.

High prices, rude willcall, counter people dont know what they are talking about but would love to argue about it.

Adam in parts got me hooked up everytime I've need him.

Worked there for 4 years and they fought my unemployment.
