HARRIS Hotel Kuta Galleria Review

Rooms are not clean, staying 4 days seems unwilling to serve. Towel 1 just changed, soap was not replaced.

Stay here ,, comfortable ,, dominating bright orange color for the room ... the food is also delicious ,,

GREAT HOTEL! Room was facing sunrise, it was BEAUTIFUL. Super clean & comfortable room. And they helped arranged some honeymoon deco for us with complimentary fruit platter too! Really appreciate that. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Excellent hotel, very clean everything and they speak English. You can do a super Balinese massage for 185000 rupees.

I have stayed 3 times ... really good..clean..friendly ... and the important thing is connecting with the galleria bali mall ... so it's not too tired to get out ... it's really good..sipp

Spent the night for business, beds and pillows are nice soft and comfort. There is electric terminal outlet and European outlet, three pins sockets available. Enough electrical outlet for ur device.

Swimming pool quite small, beside the restaurant. Morning coffee doesn't taste so bad but not good enough. Served Indonesian food for breakfast but there's also bread and various cookies and salad.
Hotel nearby galeria malls and easy to access. Pretty quite environment for resting.

The Harris branch in Bali always seem to excel in wifi, here is no exception to this.

The let down was the staff, hallways cluttered in food trays all night and half the day. The lift and foyer was saturated from patrons using the pool and no one seemed to know how to mop.

Cleanliness is lacking, sticky floors, dull bed linen

Budget hotels are not too expensive. Close to Mal Bali Galeria.
Suitable for family vacations.
There is a restaurant and swimming pool for children.
Friendly receptionist.
The hotel view directly to the mall parking area.

The room is nice ... unfortunately the pot is gone ...

Good.. Easy to find taxi on-line.. Easy for traveling in bali

Incidentally, there is a room with a balcon but the terrace is so dirty the edges of the fence are dusty and never on the rag and the floor has never been broomed and the mop water bath is rather salty making dry skin and dreadlocks

The hotel seems old, the cuisine is normal and the price is expensive

I stayed for 1 week.. Clean room, cheap prices and near shopping center.. But the breakfast buffet so so..

nice and spacious room with the balcony... access card could also be used to walk through the parking lot of Mal Kuta Galeria... breakfast menu is great...

A comfortable place when I join Oriflame meetings, spacious and comfortable meeting rooms.

Different from before ... check in must wait 1.5 hours .... the personnel lack smile ... throwing the responsibility of asking there told to be asked here asking to be told to go there ... very slow wifi ... hopefully it can improved management. Maybe you can choose another hotel if you still guess

Rooms are good. They serve breakfast both local and western food. They also have a store on the ground floor.

Always the best. It's just that employees are not as friendly as they used to be, especially the restaurant staff who are women at the cashier. Security is friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is clean .. the rooms are spacious .. only breakfast is lacking in variety ..

room was ok, wifi was slow, air conditioner was not cold (already 16 and High Fan), bathroom bit smelly.

I was staying at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights on CHSE technical guidance seminar. The meeting room was good, the room was good, the food was good. And I like they have a door to go to Mal Bali Galeria. Don't forget to bring your room key if you are going to the mall using this door because you will need the key to open the door from the mall to the hotel. I like the balcony to get fresh air. And they also have Circle K mini market at 1st floor so you don't have to go outside if you want to buy snacks or drinks.

I was here for a seminar, so I didn't have much time to walk around. I would say the hotel is quite good for business travel or purpose. Snack was delicious, meeting room was good.
