HARRIS Hotel Kuta Galleria Review

I don't match the food.
Somewhat disturbed by the sound from the next room, clearly heard.
Incidentally we got a connecting room.

Okay place, service okay, just lack of trash can in hotel room. Only in the toilet

It turns out the hotel is in the Bypass road area which is still far from Kuta (beach). The rooms are ok, pretty big and there is a terrace that can be seen in front of the river. Shower bathrooms complete with toiletries (soap, shampoo and toothbrush). The bath towel must change the white color no longer visible. There are safe deposit boxes, small refrigerators, coffee / tea water heaters, 2 bottles of moderate mineral water, medium size flat TVs with lots of channels. Delicious breakfast food.

For now it is necessary to check the fresh water supply in room 133 because the taste of the water in the bathroom is salty

Good budget hotel. Places to go nearby all around less than one kilometer. Some stuffs need improvement.

Pros:
1. Mall and airport nearby. Quite strategic hotel by foot to places.
2. Spacy room. Simply and nicely designed. Roomy and cozy.
3. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Cons:
1. Linen cleanliness needs more improvement. Dusty and dirty/fabric pieces on sheets upon arrival, luckily not major, but still must be fixed immediately.
2. Pointy edges on furnitures. Dangerous for kids.
3. Unfinished bathroom amenities. Clothes hanger near the bath booth and even its door are missing, why?

Excellent and wonderful rooms are clean and orange color in room gives a great impression

Everything is perfect EXCEPT most of their towel have stain. Grab and gojek is allowed. There is back door to mall bali galeria shopping mall

Strategic location, very convenient for a place to stay

The place is right on the border between Badung and Kodya Denpasar, on the bypass road and close to the Mall Bali Galeria hypermat

Over all good. Services, affordable prices, strategic location. There is a swimming pool and gym.

The location little bit far away from tourism spots. The room itself is very good for its price. There are lot of same hotels in better locations such near Kuta or Legian. But if you plan to rent car or motorcycle, this hotel will be good enough.

Good service attitude, reasonable price, good choice.
A little distance from Kuta Street, take a taxi, about RP50,000

nice place and connecting to the shopping mall little bit tricky if u go to bali in rainy season because is not so connected you have to walk little bit to the interchange but still love this hotel ! i like the ba khut tea restaurant near by this hotel inside the mall !

Comfortable, clean ... but yesterday the breakfast menu wasn't as good as last year I came here. Overall ok.

Easy access to Mall Kuta Galleria, can be reached within walking distance from their back door. Friendly front office staffs. They let me have early check in. Room interior was kinda empty, but it was clean and well-prepared. Breakfast was OK. Definitely a good experience for a business trip.

Comfortable place, get a corner room. Very spacious view is also pretty. Unfortunately the estuary reservoir project hasn't finished yet.

It was ok place. Shopping mall is is walking distance. Ine of the washroom had bad smell

It's only been here for a while, attending a meeting, but the room is nice, full AC full WiFi.

The service is good, the place is clean, nice, comfortable, if it's lazy to walk far away, just stay next to the hotel there is a mall too ...

Strategic location, near shopping mall, easy to reach, clean and tidy atmosphere

This hotel chain is always as expected, this time I stayed at Harris Hotel Kuta Galeria, I chose to stay here because of its strategic location, less than 10 minutes drive with a motorbike to Kuta beach, very close to Bali's mangrove conservation, even has walking access to the Mall Bali Galeria.

The room that I stayed in was spacious enough for me to share three of them with my wife and child, I got a room with a balcony overlooking the lake, the view was good so I and my child were comfortable sitting here.

There are supporting facilities such as swimming pools, halls, gyms, and even children's playgrounds. Complete breakfast, good for those who are accustomed to breakfast with rice, bread, cakes, and fruit. Sometimes traditional cakes are served too.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, when going to the Mall with my child without me, my wife had difficulty going down the stairs and the staff was swiftly helpful, the staff were also very good at helping to receive my food bookings via motorcycle taxi online

Please increase the wifi internet, because the connection is slow, disconnected quickly too.

Pro : Receptionist staff are helpful and friendly. Variety of breakfast menu is quite good. Connecting to parking area of Galleria Mall.
We had room in 1st floor, which has no view. Aircon in Our first room was not working, then we asked to change another room. And they could fulfill our request (thanks) however it was still in the 1st floor. Recommended to ask for higher level room for a better view.

Very cool until cold, the water is good in the sink and the bath water smells pretty decent and a little salty. The food is pretty good. Strategic location. Close to the airport ...

The make-up room attendant often doesn't check the room's completeness every day. Tissue, soap, shampoo.
The rest is good in its class, room space is also large.
The location is too far from the beach and places to eat so it's impossible to walk.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Fast staff response. The location near the Mall Bali Galeria, there is a back door to access from the hotel to the mall. Shady and comfortable atmosphere. The food is quite tasty, only sausages are not right on the tongue.

Breakfast is very good . You can go to the mall easily.

Very poor service . Bathroom stinks not cleaned every day. Beware , they will rip you off by asking to pay 150000 indonesian ruppiah for stained pillow cover which you have got nothing to do , saying you have stained. You will be taken by surprise if you are alone.

The hotel in the middle of the town and 3 minutes walk to galleria kuta mall. Swimming pool and fitness centre available here.

The rate is expensive because I bought from on line and no breakfast. But if you booked directly through the hotel s web, maybe you got the breakfast.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city near the bali galleria mall, the basket, Krishna by2, Pandawa beach, Melasti beach, GWK etc.

Very comfort room. In the middle of Bali. You can go North and South of Bali without spend your time too much.

It is a great hotel with friendly staff. Good food and beautiful surrounding.

The place is nice-clean, the security is also good because to get into the room by taking the elevator using a card.

The standard is the main point, the service is also standard. It's not special but it's not bad either. But the food is okay for Indonesian.
