This hotel looks out front not wide ... But the best service is always ... from the security guard to his restaurant ... Puasss bangeettt ... Going to Bali will return to this hotel

Far from beach. Simple room but OK. Near mall. For one night OK. If you want to stay longer better choice a other location. Staff was friendly. Wifi was OK. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Had a balcony.. But they should put some chairs there.

Recommend place, i love it, good taste of their restaurant , cheap but high quality food, enjoyable place, easy to find place, easy to parking and hospitable company and employees, many variation of food and beverage I'm sure you will confuse to choose all of that menu but all menu is very good and recommend, come and visit that place and you will feel better

The hotel"s location is convenient. It is close to the airport so it would a good option for those who need overnight stay before travelling by air.

Good property with good and friendly staff. Rooms are just standard and you cannot expect to find spacious rooms.

The outside view is good, but the facilities inside are not so optimal, the wardrobe is too small for the size of a twin bed room which in fact the room is used for two, the bathroom is also less comfortable

The hotel looks much nicer in pictures than it actually is. The rooms are really average at best. I recieved stained towels and the shower was broken. In addition to this the restaurant was very poorly stocked and literally half the menu wasn't available. The staff were really friendly and the shop was welll stocked but overall a really negative experience.

Fresh, vibrant hotel. Room is surprisingly spacious with comfortable bed. As a regular traveller, hotel's location is a plus. Walking distance to beautiful Balinese temples (two temples), adjacent to a modern mall where I can find halal restaurants well known in Jakarta. Easy to hail Blue Bird taxi to go to crowded Kuta Beach or Sanur. Price is ok

The hotel is comfortable, there is no extra bed here, there is only a daily bed that has a model that has a sofa but can sleep, only if you want daily bed but ask for a pillow & blanket, there are chargers. Mending bring a pillow with your own blanket

Middle hotel ... not bad. There is a special road to Kuta Galeria.

The room was okay, quite big. But the toilet is smelly and the water is salty, i think.

The location is good .. Where near .. The room is clean enough ... just the bathroom water and the sink is too salty .. We brush our teeth to use Aqua water and some of my friends can't wash because the water is too salty

Simple and convenient hotel, close to the main road

I checked in 12/21 - 12/30 room 511 I paid ...
And I added extra bed so I paid for 23/12 - 30/12 high size = ama in room 511 (the bed)
Suddenly without notice to me, the extra bed was replaced physically, like a sofa ... I was disappointed & angry. Haris Hotel Kuta Galeria was unprofessional. I had to replace it & what if we lost something. Going home tired of room 511 like this ... A thousand reasons ...
