I rarely leave reviews but I have to on this occasion. I m currently interested in opening a online casino, I called a firm and was referred to this company.
I called to simply inquire of estimated costs to open an online casino. The referring firm stated they were leading experts in the industry . My phone call was answered and I asked my question may I please have a rough estimate on legal fees associated with opening an online casino in the UK .
I was instructed to send my inquiry via email and that they could not take my name and number to ring me with an answer.
Leading industry experts in my opinion should have the answer to hand.
Anyway being eager to have my question answered I sent an email.
I received a reply with a representative of the firm asking me for a business plan amongst other things.
No let s analyse this. Who in their right mind would have a business plan for a business in which they DO NOT know the associated costs?? That s insane!
I ve wasted time with this firm and have shared my story so that others do not do the same.
It s a shame because I was an prospective client.
