Personnel is great and nice, but a more civil acting for clients should be demanded

Personnel is great and nice, but a more civil acting for clients should be demanded
Everything is expensive!!! But can get a great opportunity to win in poker tables. Only this why 4 stars instead of one.
You have to pay for the entrance. It doesn't make sense.
Dealers ask for tips stating that they don t get salary!
What if somebody is winning while they already lost a lot before? Is it even fair to ask for tips like that, on every single hit on a roulette?
But if you visit Copenhagen, I believe this is the only casino. So, there is no choice.
But, I would say avoid casinos in general not only this one.
One thing is that it is expensive to come in and that drinks are insanely expensive, we got a few drinks for the 214kr apiece. At the very least, beer could be a little better than the splash they serve in the park, you would think they served enough on the tables
If you're religious don't go there.
They are not allowing muslims nor Jewish people to enter if they are wearing there traditional cloths.
Denmark's largest casino. Cute staff and many tables.
A casino where you pay the entrance fee to go play small and with a non-separate smoking area is definitely not worth it ..... to avoid
This casino charges 110DKK just to enter...really terrible service and a bad casino. Not worth It
Entrance fee? Asking for tips?? No thank you. Never in my life would I put my foot there. Rather just play online.
The worst Casino in the world. Been all over casino but this one is the worst. They said they dont have salary and want your tip for it ? And force you to give a tip every time you win. Even you lost a million. If i can give a minus star i will do.
You pay an entrance fee to enter a casino, then you would expect to find a fancy environment and excellent service. This is not the case.
First of all the casino smells horrible and I think the smoking areas are not in line with the current health and safety EU regulations (against the wall with two glass walls on the sides but...one is missing?so basically people were smoking inside the slots area)only the tables area has one "glass cage" for smokers.
Second point is the quality of dealing that is,related to my experience of about 3 hours inside, very low and we needed to correct not one but two dealers in different occasions because they were either not paying the winning bets or taking the bets away when they were winning.on top of this they ask to tip when you win,I know it's a common thing to do but I expect at least an AVERAGE customer service from their side.
Third and last point, they let practically everyone in,there was this lady with a nice blue onesie with white stars, perfect to sleep in,but inside the casino,I don't think it's an appropriate dress code to allow.
Depressing, outdated place with nasty dealers. But rules/odds for Black Jack are great. Double on 9, 10, 11 + double on splits!
Surrender is not possible.
The worst place . The daelrs are with bad behaviour. The staff are rude and no way to win a dollar . Every thing is expensive .Its not a place to enjoy your movments .Its like a expensive shopping center. The entry amount is 16 $. The drinks are so expensive a small glass of cola cost you 7 $. Never recommend it.
Nice atmosphere, nice staff. An upset is the admission fee. There are poker tournaments. In general, I recommend a peek at the occasion.
The wife won 10,000 kroner the first time we were here together
Lost my money but had some fun. Downside is you have to pay to get in. But very kind staff.
Did not like the requirement of having to give personal information of drivers license, birth date, room card and then taking my picture before entering the casino. Did not like the 10% conversion rate. My $100 now only $90 in their ticket value. Minimum bets are very high here and the $90 went quickly.
Played poker here a lot, the dealers ask for tips all the time and almost demand that they get it when it is their salary, plus they take 95 dkk to get in!
It was a weird experience but I only have comparison with US casinos so maybe that's ok
Fair enough to play , good drinks and loads of games to play ,the staff was kind and helped me trough discovering the casino .
Defenetley recommend it if you enjoy winning ,losing and having a good time . Don't spend to much on one machine ! Swap and have fun
Very little bad service in general I expected better
Very small and you have to pay 110 to get in, not worth it.
Compared to other casinos, a few tables the only nice thing is that no elegant dress is required
Hahaha !!!! a bit of friends who work there .... that's why 5 stars !!!
Lovely place but beware, can be an expensive pleasure
Very small casino. We are used to Holland Casino, this was all but that. There is no atmosphere at all (everything is very dark, no music, no fun). It is a bit like a backroom casino. Fortunately, entrance was free with the Copenhagen card (otherwise 90 crowns + 15 for a bag). Bets are absurdly high for a normal game (for comparison, in NL a spin on 40 lines usually costs 0.40, here 40 crowns (about 5.30!). A credit on the live roulette machines costs 10 crowns. We have left after 1 drink, really not worth going out of the center for.
Very beautiful and large casino, with tables and many slot machines
Tiny casino. Slots, roulette, poker, blackjack, punto banco,
I can say is a little bit fun and interesting experience because i been first time in my life in the Casino
But is nice and good in there
There could be more enjoyment - and more entertainment ... But otherwise an ok casino
Terrible service. Dealers frequently ask you 10% of your winning hands with the logic that they are not paid by the casino and that they only live on the tips. Blackjack rules are not favorable for the player. Avoid at all costs. You have to pay 110 kroner to enter.
Because there's beautiful girls include some friends I meet there,
That's all I can tell you right now
I found the entry very expensive: 110 crowns. The food is very expensive, although rich, 34 euros a hamburger and a beer
The seedy poker tournament, only 20 players
In roulette the dealer asks you for the tip
Anyway, I didn't like it very much
Friendly professional staff, good surroundings, nice decor.
Nice but small compared to other countries like Belgium or the Netherlands
Same as mentioned before. Dealers ask for for tips, entrance fee, no free water, high rake in poker, poor Internet connection but poker game has some terrible fish.
Terrible managers on the poker floor. They won't ask you if you want to be on the list for the next game. If a game breaks its just a free for all who gets the seats. All the managers do is hound you for using your "Ipad" or wearing headphones.
It's litteraly like they don't want players to come back.
This is a small casino that has a entry fee. The selection of both tables and slots are very limited. There are some cubicles for smoking but this doesn't really help as it is more like an old telephone booth that are open on one side, therefore the place smells like an old pub.
Business travel. How to join the useful to the pleasant.
nice and friendly staff and you can still play Roulette for less than 3 minimum bet.
I stayed in the hotel that had the casino on the ground floor, I didn't enter it so I can't say anything about it except that it looked very good on the outside
Location is quite good. It's located inside the Radisson Blu Scandinavia and is accessible by the Hop n Hop Off Bus.
A lot of Chinese
I am burdened to go.
I do not have money ^^
