A very strategic hotel. I went to the mall, just a short walk. The place is comfortable. The ballroom is also large, accommodating many guests.

The hotel is clean. The building is next to each other or even merges with the mall so it's easy to find a place to play and find a place to eat

Make me want to go back and keep the place comfortable, clean, and the food is delicious. Cm was a little disappointed with the receptionist when I checked in, was not offered a welcome drink. As for the adjoining cust served by the receptionist that was offered again. Kyny depends on the employee. It just so happens that those who serve me serve it less well than the 1g.

A typical Harris, orange, fun and holiday style even though for office matters when staying. Space is enough for sleeping, clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu varies but the taste needs to be improved. The location of the mall is attached, so there is a shortcut to the mall. What impressed me was that the business center was quite complete, selling rulers, cutters, glue, maps. Some ordinary hotels for meeting needs, not necessarily a business center for printing. This Harris facilitates my work.

What I like about harris in this city link is the breakfast menu.
No less similar in kind to the menu with the hotel and Mariot.
The difference is only in the amount of inventory.
Because I stay overnight on a normal day, not a holiday.

It's nice to stay here. The hotel rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are small but still comfortable. The room is quiet. The pillows are really good, perfect for me. Several times attending the event at the splash room meeting room was also quite ok with the service and amenities. Not bad. The swimming pool is quite comfortable, even though the wind is quite strong. But it's okay. There is a gift shop inside the hotel that sells traditional Indonesian handicrafts. Two thumbs up

Nice hotel, but small bathroom. Have a direct access to Festival Citylink. Breakfast very tasty and so many varian.

Pleasant hotel stay. Rooms are small and do need a bit of repair.
Tiolet is for person of small build.
So if you are considered as 'Big' , look somewhere.
Big plus point is the attached shopping mall.
You can judt walk out to shop and eat.

Hotel dengan fasilitas tidak baik dan pelayanan yg tidak baik

Saya menginap di Hotel Haris Festival City link di karenakan kantor ada event di mall tsb. Waktu jam 23.00 malam dan ingin tidur...pipa saluran udara bunyi berdesing yg kencang.
Saya tlp resepsionis, katanya ada teknisi yg datang , tp sampai jam 23.20 tidak ada yg datang

Saya tlp lagi, resepsionis mengatakan jika ingin dibenerin, bisa makan waktu setengah jam....kenapa ga dari tadi datang ?

Bagaimana saya mau tidur ?

Itu baru satu masalah, belum air di kamar mandi merembes. Saya telfon lagi jam setengah 12 malam resepsionis tidak ada yg angkat

Besok pagi saya sampaikan keluhan tidak bisa tidur ke resepsionis bernama Thita, dia hanya masam dan tidak ada kata maaf....

Pekerjaan tidak di follow up

Jika tidak terpaksa , tidak usah menginap di hotel ini... Mungkin kelas Air b n b lebih baik

Stayed for the last night with my family before flying home
Great place, especially if you have an early flight, as it is relatively close to the airport
Breakfast was quite disappointing... with little vegetarian options, and when we reached the restaurant at 6.30am (which started at 6am) a lot of things were not set-up yet (in terms of the food)
The room was quite comfy tho! The view was quite nice too!
