Entirely too smoky. Coronavirus is airborne and no one smokes thru a mask. Observed patron not smoking or drinking but his mask was under his chin. Not acceptable. Dangerous.

It paid a little ... but... staff not very people oriented. They all lost their smiles.

Had a pretty good time there, didn't win anything, but one time we went my mom won almost 10 grand on slots... I tried to sign up for this online app you could download that was supposed to give you like$5 but when i got done the people said i couldn't collect bc i had already collected once before which is absolutely false... So i was a little disappointed in that...

I guess if you got plenty of money you might be able to win something not much luck myself

Great for a casino just be careful not to lose all your money lol. My husband won $600 on the slot machine and the wait staff serve you drinks so all in all we had a great time.

The atmosphere is cool. It's not overly crowded and the people are friendly. I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed my visit. So easy to get drinks from servers. Fuddruckers also has the best food. Machines a little tight but the atmosphere is nice.

Fun place to go! They have drink carts that circle the floor so it's easy to get a drink. Friendly staff. Horse races are exciting. Place gets very smokey when busy.

You might break even. Dont plan on winning big. You will get a bunch of small wins though.

We love the Horse Races and go often. Win some lose some always fun! Glad they have the Cashier back at the Grandstand hated going downstairs to collect winnings. Would be nice to have a snack bar on the Grandstand level too. Valet parking guys and girls are awesome and do a great job. We always tip them for a job well done. Overall a great place to go and have fun.

This is very nice casino and we watch the horses also the restaurant had good selection of delicious food i like good food and they had it in restaurant

Only casino in bossier and Shreveport that gives slot hotsheets if you ask. They encourage you to win.

Harrah's was ok. We went on a Sunday so there were no horse races which I would have loved to have seen. I hate smoking and the smell was awful. I know that you can smoke in casinos, but I hate it. It is bad for everyones health. I get headaches which makes me want to go outside. Oh, they don't have online poker. So bummer.

Has a lot of the older games and new they keep the place clean just don't look on top of the machines they are dusty service is great everyone is very nice

Went to market place cafe on 01/19/2016. We ordered grill chicken, seafood boil and chicken wings. My chicken was served raw and cold. Waitress took back to kitchen to grill again. Came up dry with bad taste. We didn't touch shrimps at all complain to waitress that they were old and taste like chewing gum. Chicken wings were cold, old and dry . We tried one piece and left all chicken wings and shrimps on table. We paid about 48.87 and left restaurant to look for something around, so can have it something decent to eat.
If I have to rate it to place, will give them minus 5 star. Shame they charge us money and served that quality of food. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.

If you're from out of state you should know smoking is allowed indoors here. I could not even go in so I can't attest to the cleanliness or the service.

A great place to visit. Very clean and not a whole lot of thorough traffic, except during the horse racing seasons. A great place to stop by if you want to enjoy a calm night in town. Only downside is that they have closed they're ground level buffet. Also be sure to take advantage of the free valet that they offer1

Games are to tight was in the first 3 hours and did really see anyone winning
