Hotel of a very good quality / price where the breakfast is excellent and hearty.
The massage at the SPA, 10 minutes offered, is very relaxing.
The rooms are large and spacious, very clean and well equipped. The bedding is really comfortable.
The staff is attentive and kind, many speak little english for the service but it works out quickly with their colleagues.
The reception is available H24 and the reception is smiling unless you have requests a little less ordinary. There, it gets complicated and we understand that we annoy. I have a call invoice Mondial Assistance which has nonetheless free numbers!
The WIFI is free but quite slow, especially in the rooms.
Still not found the beach area !!! which is actually right at the end of the alley.
The restaurant is good, a little more expensive than what can be found elsewhere, especially that the charges amount to 20% and not 15% more frequently. Moreover, few customers stay there.
Above all do not go through the hotel for activities that are hugely more expensive than the net or street ticket machines.

Plus : close to the beach, good location. Minus : It's pretty old. Not like vintage old but it's conventionally old. They don't change much for years and maybe they do it on purpose. Kinda creepy at night but I'm happy they are in a busy area of Sanur. Some staffs are nice, some were pretty racist. Just because I'm a local doesn't mean I can't afford staying in. I was stood up behind these Australian couples and the receptionist offered what's for dinner and special event that night. While it was my turn, they asked me if I was there for a appointment with their guests or if I was lost. Which is, I'm one of the in-houser. Pretty disappointed, kinda sad since we're locals. Shouldn't treat me that way.

Beautiful resort. Perfect location. Not a vegan friendly place to stay. No soy milk. I take my own breakfast every morning even though i paid for breakfast.

Atmospheric accommodation, close to the beach and the center of Sanur

Nice place to stay, close to the beach, clean and large room (family room with 2 young kids ) Friendly and helpful staff!!

We were impressed with the reception staff who listened to our request to move to a middle floor room. We were delighted with the size of the room and big bathroom. We thought the pool towels were old and dirty and were very disappointed to see people reserving the best pool beds before breakfast.

the pool and area was very nice and the gardens were very pretty. Very convenient location too.

We would come again and recommend to others. Breakfast was good too and all the staff in the hotel were very pleasant. A credit to the hotel.

Normal, I expected much more, the small pool, the old rooms, the chairs of the room very uncomfortable were dirty, the towels worn, advertising tell you that it is on the beach ... it is not true, you have access to the beach through an alley where motorcycles park on both sides.

Had a nice stay with attentive friendly staff and a peaceful poolside experience. Location was lovely with pretty gardens and beach access down a well maintained alleyway.

We spent 4 days, at the Parigata. We had a ground floor room which was great access to the pool, breakfast was great, lovely helpful staff. Was impressed with the pool and room service prices. Had a lovely time.

Very cozy hotel in an excellent location centrally in Sanur. Close to the beach (about 70 m) and yet very quiet as against main road (about 30 m) back. Clear, because not very big, just so much to feel good. Local guide with a very friendly staff. Reception professional and helpful. Solid infrastructure. Clean. Beautiful garden with pool, loungers and free towels. On the beach about 300 m also about dozens of hotel's beach chairs. Exclusive and free for hotel guests. Breakfast buffet is extra. American breakfast with local dishes and a large selection of fresh fruits, really great. I can not judge other restaurant services as never used. Own massage - spa available. Room with AC and balcony. Parking right outside the door. Very good price - performance ratio. For us at any time immediately.

Good looking enviroment, clean and modern rooms and helpful, kind staff. About water, you get to choose from nice and calm pool with bar, or very close beach, where you get free umbrella with chairs. Breakfast is very good, you can chose from a wide variety of meals, sweet or salty. If you are looking for dinner, there are many restaurants around the resort, you don't have to walk far.

Hotel garden is beautiful, nice flowers.
Rooms are a little outdated, we had a broken toilet and a leaking ceiling when the neighbour was taking a shower. Although we got a different room, I still expect the hotel that this was found out before we got there. There were signs of a leak and you could smell the mold.
Lobby and restaurant could use a cleanup and some fresh paint.
There is a shuttle to the centre and to the Parigata beach with sunbeds, towels are provided.

Perfect quiet location in the hotel and yet close to everything, we will gladly return. Good breakfast, plenty of sunbeds and lovely pool area as well as good with towels and sunbeds on the beach. We are very happy!

This hotel is a few years old and you can see it from there. The plumbing in particular needs to be replaced. The towels in the rooms are worn down to the wire. The service and hospitality was excellent.

Good central location, clean hotel, hotel staff very pleasant and good breakfast. The only thing stopping a 5 star review was quest saving sunbeds in the morning and not using them until after lunch, although this was not entirely the hotels fault maybe this needs to be looked at and a solution found.

Nice place to chill out pool great the way I like only a short walk to the beach

We found the stay at Parigata very enjoyable. The location was great, set off a busy noisy road but close to a pleasant beach. Swimming pool great, a breakfast that was generous and with good choice. As is common in Bali from the humidity there was a faint smell of mould in the room from mould on the sofa cushions. The bathroom decor was a little dated and required some maintenance [cracked vanity top, tap hard to turn off]

Top hotel !!!! Good value for money. Spacious rooms, rich breakfast buffet and friendly service. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes. There is also a beach club free for holes and reachable on foot in 10 minutes or with the shuttle bus in 3 minutes.

Really good rooms and nice staff. Beach is very near, just a short walk BUT there is no private beach. You need to walk a bit to find the beach penches etc. No big problem. Breakfast could be better (there was no seasonal fruits for example..)

Everything is good except for the beach. 75% seaweed, 10% stone and 15% sand.

Very good value for money for Sanur. The bar prices are really fair. And there are huge (but peaceful) lizards running around the pool. The rooms are really big and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. There are local specialties for breakfast or you can opt for an omelette prepared in front of your eyes. A large supermarket (Hardys) is only 400 meters away. And the night market (which is also worth seeing in the morning) can be reached on foot in less than half an hour.

I have been to Sanur before but the first time staying here. I couldn't fault it. Location is central to everything; just 500mtrs to Hardy's supermarket and a very short walk to the beach. The pool temperature was perfect so spent a lot of time relaxing in it. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety and the inhouse restaurant and snack prices were very cheap. It is a small resort, very quant and quiet with all rooms overlooking the beautifully maintained garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room rate was great value for money. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Sanur. Only thing I can fault was the bed was way too hard.

We recently spent 4 days at your lovely hotel, we chose your hotel for its authentic Balinese feel and wasnt disappointed. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms and generous balcony space but what really made it for us was the terrific staff, always happy to help with a friendly smile. I couldnt recommend it highly enough and cant wait till we are able to go back again.

Very nice hotel around the pool but unfortunately not at all up to the hotels we did before the jungle there is a lot of work to do damage! The bathroom especially! The rooms, the facilities ...

Parigata is a beautiful hotel for a nice price where you can experience a wonderful holiday. We have stayed there 5 times now and all 5 times it has been fantastic. Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly service and a nice swimming pool with a private beach of the hotel after a 10 minute walk along the beach. The only thing we experienced this time was that when it is busy at times in the hotel, a towel reservation starts in the morning at the pool. It is clearly stated in the rules of the bath that that is not the intention and that you do not leave the towel on your chair for more than an hour, but yes there are always people who do it anyway. The disadvantage is that if it is busy and some people do this, others will do this because otherwise there is simply no place at the bath. People also lay down towels and then go away all day to have a place at the bath in the afternoon. They would therefore be better able to pay attention to this at the pool counter and, for example, to tidy up the towels if no one comes after an hour.

We stayed at The Parigata Resort for 7 days. Gardens and pool are very well maintained. Rooms great size and clean and tidy. Staff all very friendly, some speak very good English others not so well. Always acknowledge you with a hello and smile. Breakfast was good, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, indonesian food, egg station. bacon, sausages, cakes and bread. Plenty of fresh coffee and tea. A little gem that we will return to soon. Swimming pool water was lovely, not cold like other places we have stayed. There is a narrow lane that leads to the beach that is not very well lit at night so maybe take a torch/phone for walking home after dark. Food, Spas, money exchange, Laundry services and markets near by and not far from Hardys if you need any supplies.

Good place, but please update the position map on the map, the location turned out to be inappropriate

Pros - Staff are lovely and family room was very big and comfortable. Hotel is intimate so very quiet. Close enough to the beach. Everything kept very clean and tidy. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was basic but nice.

Cons - Balcony on first level of family rooms is not child friendly though and doors should have a proper lock. Pool towels were not available until 10am most mornings, even though pool opens at 8am. Pool has one small shallow area, making it not very (young) child friendly. It's a small and quiet area, which makes it not suitable for kids playing too loudly either!

I stayed at this resort for 5 nights couple weeks ago. Totally loved the service and the amenities. The employees are very helpful and customer oriented. I definitely recommend this resort for the following reasons:
- Located close to the beach
- Great breakfast
- 30 minutes away from the airport
- Several restaurants nearby
- Starbucks is 10 minutes away by walk
- 3/4 Authorized money exchangers nearby
- Close to Sanur harbor; if you plan on visiting Nusa Penida

Friendly staff as always in such places. Nice pool with waterfall although quite small for swimming. Satisfactory cleaning. Quiet and relaxed environment.
Low level SPA. Good quality of pool sneakers and cocktails.
By contrast large but furniture vetusti so rooms such as bathrooms without shower and electrical systems also dated (dated room with opening locks and keys, electrical system with impossibility to recharge their smartphone, the absence of any switch in the vicinity of the bed to turn off the lighting system) . Quite ordinary and spartan bathroom accessories. Embarrassing smell of mold inside the room among other things persistent even after hours of aeration ...
Pretty limited international breakfast both sweet and savory.

Even though it is in town, a quiet and calm villa. There is also a room with a swimming pool. As there is Warun near, we are not troubled with meal. It is helpful to have transportation service in Sanur where transportation is bad.

To Sanur, always try to alternate hotels. This is a pleasant resort

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is a very good value for money hotel in a good location near lots of restaurants and Hardies store. Not exactly on the beach but close enough if you want use it. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Some areas of the rooms are a little tired and in need of renovation. The pool is in desperate need of a clean to remove the algae from the tile grout and stone edging, but overall it was OK. The pool lounges, like the room need some attention. All of the staff are exceptional and could not help us enough.

In this hotel you immediately have the luxurious feeling of a spa hotel and the familiar cozy feeling of a cozy family hotel.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff are so helpful and always polite. They do their utmost to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Awesome great location very comfortable and relaxing on site restaurant with great food and service. Amazing pool with its own waterfall About a 5 minute walk to the beach also close to the main street with plenty of dining options a good base if you want to explore the islands to the east like Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida as the boats depart from Sanur beach.

Lovely private hotel, great pool with waterfall, gardens and daybeds. Staff friendly with good quality and variety for breakfast via vouchers (get vouchers when booking). Rooms a/c & our balcony, ground floor level overlooked the pool. Lots of families and world wide travellers. Stayed a week, ate in once for dinner, better value and quality in the main street.

The existing positive representations do not correspond to reality after our experience:

Already with the arrival there is clear, the guest disturbs the everyday life of the employees very much. Some very friendly employees have no chance against the mainstream of the house. The house has a huge renovation in all areas, already the lobby is completely worn and invites you to go fast. Really everything and every furnishing is triggered, scratched and substances are closed. The upholstery of the pool chairs are torn and have holes. In the bathrooms are indefinable dirt edges in the range of tub and sink and toilet. On the bedheads was the dust and in the corner of the room anyway. The fridge in the room gave only an interesting picture for bacteriologists. All in all for Bali and this hotel class / price an unbelievable dissolute in all areas. The height of the unbelievable was then the completely tattered extra bed for our daughter. Only on massive protest in the evening an extra newly purchased mattress in the room was built. The breakfast was okay from the selection, yet another lesson of the disinterested staff. Unfortunately a disappointing house in all respects, the only one, on our otherwise wonderful Balirundreise. A pity.

If the restoration had been up to the other benefits, I gave 5 stars.
