On Tuesday February 5th at 12Pm. I brought my nissan sentra for
the 4 wheel alignment. " WITH FULL GAS TANK JUST FILLED UP AT SAM'S CLUB 6 MILES AGO".

I left the car over there and I picked up at 5Pm. When I see the fuel gauge I noticed the gauge was half tank. I fill up again I was missing almost 7 Gallons of primiun gas.
I went back to Harols Auto Center and the manager told me "that no make sense, that never happened before, I been worked with these guys for more than 15 year".
I was riped off by Harols Auto Center :(

Dana and all his crew are fantastic!!! I have been going to Harold's Auto for years and every time my repairs are done well and they never over charge. I never hesitate to bring my car there. I know nothing about car mechanics and I know I can trust them. They never try to take advantage and are always friendly and prices are very fair. I would highly recommend them.

very lenient with making appointments!! Even if your running late lol pleasant staff, quick service always in and out. Plus, really cool piece of history. Some really cool artifacts inside the waiting room!!

So it is a pleasure to visit Harold's Auto Center as Dana and his employees are so very polite and helpfull. My wife and I take both our Dodge Caravans there for service and repairs. The repairs have always been done correctly the first time and at a very reasonable price. We have complete confidence in this auto repair shop and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

The service is excellent, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day . The prices that Harold's charged are fair . My expectations were exceeded.

The tow truck driver, Shawn, was very kind and helpful during a very difficult time.

If there was something lower than "poor-fair" I would put it. Went for an oil change, came to pick my car up when it was "done" only to find a message saying "can't exceed 80 mph" and "must buckle up to unmute audio." Apparently, the tech went a little too far on clearing out my computer. And then, everyone else was working on the car while his arrogant self was no where to be found. The individual who was attempting to help me was rude to both me and my friend after we were nice, irritated yes, but never rude. Told me they needed the spare key and I was unsure of where it was. So when my friend asked what happens if I don't have it.. his response "Well, I GUESS I can go call Ford.." Shouldn't you of done that in the first place? So she told him to go call Ford, and in response got an eye roll. So, I locate my spare key, and go to ask the eye-roller (Named Jerry) how long it would take, and I got a hand put up, and then a finger indicating "one second." Terrible. Not only did they mess my car up, cause me over an hour of my time, still charge me, but were rude about it all together when there was absolutely no need for that. I've taken my car there more than once, and will never do it again, never recommend them again, and they lost a potential customer because she was going to be taking her car there later on this evening. Oh well.

I had a headlight go out while on vacation and found Harolds on Google Maps. I really enjoyed the good service, quick fix and fair price. I wish Harolds was in my hometown so I could get auto service here again. A+

All good. Went in for oil change and check-up. I was on my way home in less than an hour. Friendly. Went back a week later for new tires. Fair pricing and again, quick service.

Last Friday, my car broke down and was towed to what was supposed to be a "reputable" shop, Harold's Auto Center. From the time the tow truck driver (who was employed by Harold's as a mechanic) picked up my car til we arrived at the shop, the driver did not speak a word. Three different times I thanked him for coming to get me, with absolutely no response. I sat in the dirty, musty-smelling waiting area for over an hour until the man sitting behind the counter, who had not even so much as greeted me when I walked in, told me it would be $1400.00 to fix my car. At that point my car would only drive 10mph, as the brakes had seized, and I made my way to a shop (Topline) 2 miles away. They did all of the work for $259.00. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HAROLD'S EVER AGAIN.

Most reliable mechanic. Family owned and operated. I will not take my car anywhere else!

Just needed my tire patched on my way to work. Told me it would be just a minute with a somewhat irratated reply . Said wait outside and and they will be with me which was strange seeing there was an empty waiting room but i did . Sat there for 28 min while watching service guys wash there hands and chat then wash there hands again. No other vehicle was being worked on i was only one there. Looked at me multiple times never said a word . I guess my needed tire patch wasnt profitable enough for them. So i just left with flat tire and went to topline who seemed quite busy but took care of me instantly and i was on my way . If you value your time and money harolds should be your last choice

Treated well, price was less than quoted. As a mechanic myself. Didn't feel they were trying to take advantage of us.

Being new in town I knew that finding a reputable and trustworthy mechanic may be difficult. It just happened that my neighbor gave a very positive referral. I followed up with his suggestion with some well needed car repairs and they came through 100% with everything that I was looking for in a mechanics shop. I will return for any required repairs! Service with price is so good makes you want to get your car fixed

Harold's Auto is hands down the best place in Spring Hill for towing or car repairs - I've used them for both and used other places here as well. They're quick, they're reasonable and they know what they're doing. I honestly can't say enough good things about them.

Towing price was fair. they had it 3 full days and still only started to look at it when u called at the end of third day . Fourth day he said well I think the computer is not recognizi g the key I will have to dig into the computer. I ask does he have a inkling about pricing his response was I have no ideal untill I start digging I don't know how far in I have to go. The first hour is 125.09 I ask how long has he been in it he stated " oh a better part of half u have about 20 mins left". I asked would a ideal to buy a new key to try due to this key is rough? He seemed mad and said to me why don't your son fix it? Due to that was a question my son asked. We left headed there now one ever looked or worked on car yet it looked like it was driven thru a ft. Of sand paid the towi g and left. Be er have this pla e work on car towing good price

Won t use again, highly disappointed. Brought it in about 3 weeks ago to get my problem resolved (ABS, Traction Light, ESP, and Brake) they came to the conclusion of first a ABS Module but then changed to a Speed Sensor so they charged ($154). Car runs good for a day then back to the same problem. It won t start and it s displaying the lights. Called them back up. They can t get the car in for 8 days. So I figured I would get some sort of compensation for the first $154 I was wrong I brought it in it sat for 3 days. Then they ran a test so t took a day. Then it sat for a day. Then the following day (today) I went there and a mechanic couldn t work on it till possibly after lunch. Or it would ve sat over the weekend again. They charged me $96 for nothing. NEVER use this place.

Fair and honest. What more can you ask of a mechanic?

I have been specializing in the automotive equipment repair business for 45 years. The reason I (stated above) that we wanted an excellent shop, is because I'm fussy!!

No one likes to pay for car repairs, However Harolds car repair by their excellent workmanship and fair prices makes the dread of car repair go away. They look out for my interest and are honest in doing so. I trust them to do the job correctly and when I have an appointment they are ready to take care of me and my car, as they say they will. I will not go anyhere else.

Run far far away. Don't let them take your car. The only woman who works there told us our car had been picked up by the insurance company. We never gave them permission to release our car to anyone. Two weeks and a thousand dollars later, she said she never told us that and claims we gave her oral permission to release our car to the insurance company. Oh yes, she lied so we could rack up a nice bill with them. Our car was not picked up until almost a week after she told us. Seedy, seedy people and I would not trust them for anything.

I had been told at a previous shop that we needed about $1,200 worth of brake work, I also had a muffler issue and a temperature gauge issue. My transmission was having a problem and I just replaced it so it was under warranty... But I figured I would need quite a lot of work and as it turned out most of the problems were much easier to solve than anticipated! They even help me find a transmission place that worked with my warranty! It honestly is very seldom that you find someone who tells you the problem was much less than you had anticipated.. usually everyone's in it just for the money but I did not find that this was the case at all here!!

They have honesty and integrity I am super impressed!

Harolds Auto Center has been upfront with me about any repair or the possible future event of one. Last time my amount due was less than my estimate. They are honest and fair and have been to us for years. I have run into a few shady mechanics, I could tell you some stories, but Harolds is not one of them. When 2 other mechanics gave me the run-around on my AC compressor, I took it into Harolds and he fixed it for much more reasonable than the other 2 places and it works beautifully. They have a steady clientele for a reason! I am glad we have our beloved Dinosaur friends at Harolds Auto Center, their honesty is very much needed in today s society especially when dealing with peoples rides.

I wrote a review a couple months ago as items were stolen out of my vehicle overnight while my car was being serviced and it was very upsetting. I am writing today to say that Brenda reached out to me and went above and beyond to "make it right." I truly, truly appreciate that she resolved the situation and my son says, Thank you Brenda! Again, service was exceptional and so were the prices!

A.C. went out in my 1988 crown vic dropped it off they found the problem and it was affordable, took a little longer than expected but that's because he is busy because he is honest and fair.

They are one of the best service centers I've ever had to deal with they treat you better than family. Just all-around great people.

Service was great.. However, my vehicle was left unlocked overnite & my son's wallet & under armour jacket were stolen. I informed Dana & he assured me that he would "make it right" & have video checked but unfortunately he has not reached out to me. Service crew really need to ensure that customers vehicles are safe!

I rated this place long time ago, but I must change my rating as the service has gone down the tubes. If you bring your vehicle in and tell them no time frame on the return we waited 3 weeks to get our vehicle back it was terrible than when we asked about the issues it was STILL having after 2k worth of work they said they did not have it long enough to look at the additional issues... we were stunned as the length of time it took them to get to it. when we would call and speak to the woman in the office she would advise that they are busy and will get to it when they get a chance... it was not the service we had a few years ago sadly and the bedside manner has changed. we were nice paid our bill but sadly wonder what happened to the service and professionalism from years ago?

I have always been treated with respect and customer appreciation at Harold's. I brought my Jeep in after the Dealer gave me a list of things needing repair that they "found" while working on a completely different issue. The mechanic at Harold's brought me into the garage and showed me each of the items and why each did not warrant any repair at that time. I trust Harold's to only do what's really needed to keep my car safe and running well without all the attempts to "up-sell" extra service.

This is an honest auto repair center. Wow. There is actually one of them out there.
All you gals that have gotten ripped off in the past. This is the place to go and you will want to recommend their services to everyone you know. Fair prices and only the needed repairs are done.

I have been taking my car to Harold's for several years and until recently I haven't had any problems with them. About a month ago my Chevy Trailblazer started making noises. When I brought it over a mechanic told my wife and me that there were a number of things it could be, including the steering fluid pump and if that was it once it was replaced other pipes or hoses usually also spring leaks. So it turned out that was the problem and it cost us a lot of money to fix. A week later we started hearing the noise again and when I brought it back I was told that 2 pipes were leaking. So I'm thinking why didn't they replace them at the time if they knew this would happen, but I didn't say anything. The woman who worked there could read the look on my face and she shrugged her shoulders and said "it won't be that much." When it was fixed her father, Dana, was there and he hands me a bill for almost $400. So to me that's more than not much. My 3rd problem is with the labor in that bill. This was just a matter of removing 2 pipes and replacing them. If I remember correctly the labor was just under $200. How long could it take for the fluid to drain out? And the fluid was brand new so there was no reason I could see that it all had to be drained. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm not seeing why it took hours to replace two pipes. All the people who work there have always been friendly and I liked them, but at this point I'm probably going to be looking for a new mechanic.

Not a fancy place but believe me all ways get good service and cost $$$ good to so yes use it great garage

My 3rd visit. I was in a panic. I broke down late at night and had it towed to Harolds. I called in the morning and explained my sit. They were so understanding, fair, and fast. Saved me.

I went to Harold s auto while in town from college. The mechanic that worked on my car was very personable and took his time to explain what my car needed and why, not just throwing numbers at you like most people. I would recommend Harold s to anyone looking to get fair prices with great work!
