We chose accommodation in villas. Everything is tidy, clean and beautiful, both indoors and outdoors. However, the staff, although polite, has little experience in dealing with customers. We owned the spa treatments, but upon arrival the receptionist asked for a coupon (because the purchase was during the exhibition - accommodation and a spa). And the said coupons had been taken from us the day before at another reception. They take it themselves, then demand it themselves. And take care of everything for you. Little harmony when cluttered.

We lived in Ramov villa which can accommodate 14 people, ours arrived 12. Cutlery was for 9 people, 1 mini pan, one mini pot for cooking eggs. The plates are also all assembled in various different sizes from different sets ...
The staff is arrogant, the pools have a temperature of only 28, the water is very cold.

In the hotel, good but small spa. The place itself is more for people working on horses.

Very cozy cabins, nice room design. Each room has a mini kitchen, where you can prepare your own meals. Of course you can visit the restaurant, because the food is very tasty, impressive, but the prices are really great. Very quiet and quiet environment where you can not hear the noise of machines. Just a corner of relaxation ... The water and sauna area is also big enough, 3 saunas, two swimming pools, jakuzi, various massage water streams. I highly recommend it.

first and last time

The place itself is great. You can choose to stay in a hotel or in small villa. There are several teritorries with different villa options. We stayed in one of the villas and everything there was amazing - clean rooms, very comfortable beds, small kitchen etc. Outside area also very nice - grill places, chill spots, picnic areas. Possible to take bicycles and check the whole area.
SPA - super relaxing and amazing. Really enjoyed it!
The reason why this place is not getting 5 stars - restaurant! We went there 1h15min before closing so we asked if we can even go. They said - yes, only food we will get food after 1h only. We got 1 page menu while lithuanians got full book menu with different options. +They even gave us 1 menu which later on she took away saying that we cant order that. We chose smth from what we could get + beers. We waited for around 40min to get our beers and then from that around another 50min to get our food. Food tasted ok but we didnt even enjoyed anymore as we wasted amazing sunny evening (total almost 2h ) just sitting and waiting. Plus my food was super small and had to eat smth I took with us in a trip. If you consider staying here i would recommend to find some restaurant or cafe outside the territory.

Excellent water treatments, but accommodation conditions are disappointing. There was no TV or a phenomenon, no Wi-Fi. When calling the receptionist, the administrator kindly apologized for not having the necessary staff and not having to change another room. By the way, the same problem was in the adjacent room. Half an hour before 11h, breakfast was no longer hot, and the cold snack plates were left with ...

The place is beautiful and I liked the complex itself. There is a children s playground. It is a pity that we did not manage to visit the pool, because with small children it is only possible until 18:00. The cottage is great, clean, you can see that recently built. Everything would be perfect if the windows could be covered more (with roller blinds or blackout curtains). The curtains are dark but translucent (for those who like to relax in the room and "jump" naked in the butt - I do not recommend, because everything can be seen from the outside). I also missed the locker room, of course maybe nothing for one night, but if I stay longer, I would need a place where I could put clothes, shoes and a suitcase. There are several wall hangers, but the dresses will not hang. The cottage is really cozy. We ate in the main restaurant of the building, but at the reception, they tried to dissuade us from going, maybe not out of bad will, but it turned out strange. The employee highly suggested us the restaurant Samana, says, "there maybe more with the kids," "there are dumplings for the kids," "not so formal" (he emphasized the dumplings a lot, maybe repeated 4 times). And now for the food. The meat was delicious and tender. We ate beef. The chef really knows how to make this meat, although the man asked for more raw, but got not as green as he asked. The taste was great! And that pepper sauce is awesome! Praise to the boss !!! Oh and the kids menu is great! I m so glad we didn t listen to go eat dumplings

I wanted to relax with my colleagues after a day of work, escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Some of the company visited for the first time. I liked it, but was not impressed, because in the recreation and water space, the children played traps in the water, splashed around, and no one disciplined them. I liked everything else, the locker rooms were very tidy, fragrant, the accesses were tidy, and the plants were well-groomed.

We visit the Harmony Park pool and shopping area. I bring you a huge plus: very tidy, hygienic, pleasant service, all the necessary amenities, and most importantly - very good air and water temperature - no need to sit alone Jacuzzi or pirty to warm up, it was a nice plus in the pool, which is really a rare pleasure in the pools due to too cold water and air temperature. Thank you!!!

+ Great place to stay. Massive territory with many indoor and outdoor activities, especially in summer time.
- Had troubles paying for the stay. Came just on time to check-in but wasted a lot of time to driving and searching for atm since their machine did not accept Revolut card. However, in their restaurant we did pay by the same Revolut card in the same afternoon...

Beautiful surroundings. Good access. Harmony park impresses not only with its architectural layout, luxurious interior. The offered services are offered at a high level. In the spa amusement park there is a warm, cozy, delightful large swimming pool, jacuzzi, creative water entertainment, large steam, Finnish and Himalayan salt baths, comfortable relaxation areas.
The villa met all expectations. There is a parking lot, the rooms of the villa are comfortably located next to the pine forest, you do not need to take care of bed linen, shampoo, soaps, towels, necessary utensils, coffee and tea are provided in the bathroom.

Good place to come back!

We were in the villa unity - a room with a mini living room and kitchen, and a separate bathroom. Simple but neat. Breakfast at the restaurant is great! All personas are very nice. :)

Visit it if you like fancy places. Nice spa, restaurant as well.

Did not like the staff service nor the Spa area. We were misled a couple of times in one day. We wouldn't go any further
