Breakfast is wonderful. The pool and sauna area is tidy and spacious. Lack of organization for staff. We received a response to the request to reserve time for a massage during the stay only a few days later, when there were no places available. The villa had not been arranged at the time of arrival, the receptionist did not hesitate to hand over the keys from another room, which was much worse than we booked (2 room deluxe was booked and we got one room in the attic without amenities). When we arrived at the reception to solve the problem, we did not even receive a human apology or simply an admission that an error had been made. Glad at least that we got another villa.

A great place to relax. Pool with plenty of underwater massage currents. There is one jacuzzi, three saunas, and an outdoor sauna. Very good 25-meter pool for workouts, side windows, nice to swim. There is water to drink, can be ordered from the bar with natural juice, by the pool deck chairs, relaxation chairs.

In my opinion it is a best Spa in Lithuania. When you visit Prienai you would try it.

Beautiful surroundings, great relaxation after work and spa, and massages, restaurant.

Living in villas as a 2 * hotel. No soap, shampoo, shower gel. All of this needs to be brought. Fortunately, the toilet paper was. There were also towels. Breakfast at the hotel 2 km. where to live, quite tasty, if you can get them :) Hot dishes trays were empty, had to wait about 15 minutes. Coffee machine alone, waiting in line for coffee or tea.

Amazing place for relaxing and being out in the nature!

Beautiful, tidy environment. The place is suitable for a family vacation or a quiet time. Nice staff, good service. The restaurant has a high-level, constantly smiling staff.
On March 8, all women were greeted with flowers at a discount.

There is one large swimming pool with 4 lanes, one main with many massagers, a hot tub, a small cold pool to cool off after the sauna, 3 baths (sauna, infrared, steam). 3h is enough to relax. Brings towels.

Loved the sights and the food. Oh the food was the best , and the service on the top level. A little dated interrior but nonetheless a really good place to take a rest from the world. Do take a spa when visiting this place after a long day of hard traveling. Rest and peace awaits you in this place:) do mind that this place is on the expensive side

Arrogant staff. At breakfast, flies fly to the buffet. On the official website of the hotel and by phone, it is announced that the price of breakfast for children up to 14 years of age is 7.5 eur, but upon arrival the administration has indicated that the price of breakfast for a 12 year old child is 15 eur. Arrival late, only from 15 h, but upon arrival at the lodge at 15.10 h, the lodge was untidy. As a hotel of this level, this is a big downside. In addition, the cottages do not have cleaned windows, the beds are uncomfortable. There could be rugs because the terrace is cool. There is no hair dryer. Anyway, the area is very beautiful, tidy. As for such prices, this hotel should stretch and address the above shortcomings.

I really recommend riding school in Harmony park. Especially trainer D ordana. Such a friendly and kind person, just because of her we will come back again

I've been there 2 times and I am willing to go more often... crazy good. I enjoed the service, lovely receptionists, amazing spa, very nice procedures, cozy and beautiful nature surounded place I felt harmony over there and if you want to be with nature and yourself with a good spa, dive in into those sensations, highly recommended.

Just one drawback, very poor variaty for vegeterians, but it is not too bad, in Kaunas city there are vegeterian restaurans and cafes but still I can rate you 5 star, I was very happy in Harmony Park

There is no dryer in the rooms. Distances from one point to another are not thought out.

One of the best in the Baltic States spa with its cleanliness, delightful hotel rooms, wonderful nature with castel lakes, a large cozy restaurant, delicious food and wonderful live piano bar music on Saturdays

Very fun, spacious lounges, suites, although felt a small depreciation of the faucet parts are falling, nobody nepavalo apkalk jusios shower head, allowing the bath through the drain, but it is a trifle. The restaurant is very cozy and produces delicious food, but it is small and can be waited until you get a table, but there is food in the room. Because the price is high so you want everything to be perfect. So far, this is one of our favorite places, when you want to escape from all quickly and qualitatively to recharge the batteries.

Food ok, but the place in the middle of the fields, there's nothing to do during the heat

Great room and service staff. Spa area, etc. enjoyed (3 baths, swimming pool with triggering whirlpools, jacuzzi, three lane long swimming pool). The restaurant we were eating pusry ius- diverse selection of delicious coffee and desserts. Maybe just park a little farther walk from the main building.

When arriving at the holiday complex, the reception desk is unclear and there is a lack of clarity which has left us very unhappy with our stay.

Really liked it! Baths and pools are very relaxing. A pleasant team.

Basically everything was nice. And spa complex and accommodation. In the restaurant maybe a small selection from the menu ... But what we ate was very tasty. Well, the waitress, it surprised me surprisingly. Maybe the novice. But the smell of sweat and the common misunderstanding were astonished. Maybe there is no one to work like everywhere now.

Very beautifully landscaped area, it is possible to rent farmsteads for weightlifting, but prices are somewhat bulging ... big, need to be pre-agreed. There is a spa, a shopping complex, a water area.

Everything is very well organized, not too many visitors. Great...

Really very good hotel with comfortable rooms but it is still a little expensive compared to the country, in any case the personel is is top.

Now I went to the ice sculpture exhibition to buy tickets in advance. Money is thrown to the score. There are no sculptures. Who will reimburse travel and ticket prices?

very nice spa, the restaurant however is over priced and not very good. ordered the sea bass and the halibut both were barely 8 euro quality meals, while the check was 70 euro. skip the restaurant and bring your own food and drink.

Very large and nicely landscaped, well maintained areas, several water bodies, unpaved streets, footpaths beautifully guided most of the area, receptionists and other staff friendly and polite. The place looks really luxurious. The pool is not big but it is fun to spend time with. This three hours is enough for all the baths, Jacuzzi and swimming in the water. The villas are also high quality and tidy.

Overall, maybe a good project, but not for me. For those who just want to be in a private house in nature, this place is perfect. Well if you are a riding fan then maybe the perfect choice

I have to admit that Harmony Park is located in a really nice place surrounded by nature, but I could hardly call our stay a 5 star hotel experience.

Though we asked to prepare breakfast as we needed to leave earlier (as breakfast is served only from 8.30am), we had extra 20 mintutes to eat in the morning. However, since we asked brakfast to take away (which included 1 sandwich, some sweet pastries, orange, banana, water and juice), we were told that we are not allowed to take anything from what is served on the breakfast table for everyone to take. I was 9 month pregnant, so it really disappointed me, that I have only 1 sandwich to eat with some fruits...

Moreover, we stayed in one of their vilas called space , which is not part of their hotel. I realise that we cannot expect 5 star hotel room, however it didn t meet our expectations even for a vila room. It was unpleasant and uncomfortable - super big room that felt unfurnished. All the necessary electricity sockets were blocked with a bed, poor lighting.

All in all I wouldn t complain if that would be for an appropriate price, but I felt that it s highly overpriced, which caused confusion in expectations.

Beautifully appointed spa and restaurant.
It was just an unpleasant surprise in the restaurant that after two and a half hours we were warned that our time was over, even though we had ordered food, dessert and drinks. Drinks were not finished.
