I know the reputation that Proton has, not just in Malaysia but almost wherever Proton cars are sol. I, however, like Proton cars and have owned five of them in my time. As a member of the Proton Owner's Club in the UK, I was invited to spend a day at Proton's HQ in Shah Alam. I had a tour of the offices and facilities, various meetings with senior personnel and was wined and dined, with my best friend and my mother! In the afternoon, we were driven to Proton City where we had a fabulous tour of the manufacturing plant. It was a great day for which I am most grateful.

I made a booking for Iriz 1.6 CVT on 28 September at Seri Mestika Sdn Bhd. The sales person promised that the car will be delivered in 2 weeks time. And until now I have not received any confirmed date for the delivery

This is the worst experience as a customer and I request you to take an action against the dealer and expedite the care delivery.
