I got referred to Ali and Harmony pharmacy when my maintenance meds were all backed up all across Dallas pharmacies for weeks ahead. Ali delivered them the next day and since then I have been with Harmony Pharmacy. As other reviewers have mentioned, these guys remember your names, they run a superior customer relationship management system in their head, they know your meds, they know the preferences and they go out of the way to save your money. They ship by USPS free of cost and always on time automatically, never had to call them to remind them. Woot Woot ! Small town pharmacy, personalized customer experience, treat you in a way that you feel valued, save you money and make it convenient and worth your time. Thank you Ali and Harmony team. Big chain pharmacies need to learn from you if they want to avoid becoming obsolete.

I spent years wasting my time on corporate pharmacies. I never knew what my family was missing. At Harmony, they are more than friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The staff always make sure I get the best price possible on my prescriptions without me having to ask. My husband takes a special compound medication that was always a nightmare dealing with other companies but at Harmony, they not only knew about it but it was half the price we had been paying. I love the staff at Harmony! Best part is they always great me with smiles!

I started using Harmony because they were close to my Dr Office. I was using a larger grocery store before then that was closer to my house. My Dr Office has moved further away from my house and Harmony pharmacy. But I still won t go back to the larger pharmacy closer to my house. When I walk into Harmony that hello with my first name. This is great pharmacy and won t get going anywhere else!!

Greatest pharmacy ever! Very helpful and friendly staff and Ali is great. He always goes above and beyond to fulfill my pharmacy needs and there is little to no wait to pick up prescriptions. I love this place and will not go anywhere else!

Best Ever, Ali takes such good care of me and my family. Always checks on my refills needed. He is always available for questions or concerns. He has always greeted me by name and always remembers me. I could never go back to a regular chain pharmacy!

I switched to Harmony Pharmacy around two years and never looked back. The service at this pharmacy is excellent. My prescriptions are delivered on time and the staff is very responsive. Five stars all the way.

I have using Harmony Pharmacy for 2 years. I work all kinds of hours and getting medicine from chain pharmacies involved waiting in lines and pharmacists who cannot devote time to answer all my questions. Ali (pharmacist) is very honest, efficient, reasonable in cost (cheaper than the chain pharmacies) and always answers all my questions. Plus they delivery my medicine at home.

I started going to Harmony Pharmacy when I worked nearby at the suggestion of the staff at a local Arlington doctor's office. I thought, "Eh...a pharmacy...is a pharmacy is a pharmacy..." I thought that because my experiences as an adult have aways been with chain pharmacies. Harmony is small. It's local. It doesn't have the bright light appeal of larger storefronts with weekly ads and shiny end caps designed to make you spend your hard-earned on over-priced sundry items. What Harmony DOES have is a kind, knowledgeable staff who will remember your name and who will communicate with you on a personal level in a world where very few can say the same. I receive reminders and texts and phone calls about my prescriptions from Kadisha and Ali and others when im so busy I cannot actually remember to contact them for refills. I do not speak to a recording EVER and if there are payment issues I know I can trust them to handle my information discreetly and responsibly. I no longer work nearby and luckily my home is still in Arlington. My choice is clear for my pharmaceutical needs. I choose Harmony Pharmacy because they've made it worthwhile even though those other guys are just around the corner. They offer what is missing in these hectic times. Did I mention they deliver? Icing on the cake!

Harmony staff take extra steps that let you know they care. Offer lower cost option on request. Easy in and out even without a drive up option. I've never had to wait. Easy option for flu shot and vaccines too. Privacy and personal attention.
