I was very pleased with the technician who did the instillation to my husband s chair lift on our RV. He saw that the lift was not the right one for the vehicle and informed the company what was wrong. He even went to our home address and put in the right one and he made sure that it safe to go on the road trip. We re happy camper!

They are supposed to help the Veterans Health Admin with lifts for veterans? One was ordered in November, the local company who was to install it has the communications to prove it! When I called Harmar today, the lady said she only got the order from the VA two days ago! I am the customer, the Disabled Vet, and the dealer has the communications, so, who's lying?

United Access was great and helped me pick the right lift for me. It has been a big life saver for me. Being an amputee and having a knee replacement on my other leg was very hard for me to try and load a wheelchair in and out of my car by myself was tearing my body up. Today I can roll my car up on the lift and get it hooked and ready to go in just minutes and able to function and doing things I use to do again. Truly thankful to have this lift.

I called about a lift that was installed by a local dealer and the dealer was not communicating with me so I called and spoke to Ken who took the time to call me back after we were disconnected and followed up with an email when I didn't answer. I emailed the necessary info. and Ken called again to provide details including a tracking number for the replacement part. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is greatly appreciated.

We love this chair lift! My husband had knee surgery, it didn't turn out as hoped. We started looking for a one level house; expensive move, packing was suggested by real estate person, wow for work. Then I found a book on lifts. This book went through everything on a lift to watch for, the good and the bad. Harmar was listed with the top lines. We love it. Easy to install, but the instructions could certainly be improved. Rides smooth. Easy to operate. Clean and efficient track. I would certainly recommend this wonderful chair lift for anyone needing a lift.

I like working there. I just transferred from the warehouse into helix (building the stairlifts). Really enjoy the work and knowing that I am helping people as I learn a new trade.

Since this purchase less than a year ago I have had to have it replaced due to the pin kept falling off that holds the spool. During the time it was coming out repeatably the strap came out while driving and the end of the strap beat against the tail gate scratching it up and Harmar did nothing about fixing my tail gate. Also the buckles have quit working by not wanting to release and they would not replace them. The cover that goes over the motor has blown off going down the road and was lost, the screw stayed on , it just broke loose. They would not replace and a new win cost $75. Nothing but trouble since I bought this.

Easy installation with minimal impact to our home. Equipment works well with no issues.

Love the lift, it makes it so easy to take my husband and his scooter out shopping or sightseeing. No more straining my back to lift it in the car. We even have it so we can move it from one vehicle to the next and it is fairly easy to do. Love, love, love it!!!!!!
