I called about a lift that was installed by a local dealer and the dealer was not communicating with me so I called and spoke to Ken who took the time to call me back after we were disconnected and followed up with an email when I didn't answer. I emailed the necessary info. and Ken called again to provide details including a tracking number for the replacement part. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is greatly appreciated.
