Mark was very professional and friendly. He worked me into his schedule on short notice and the turn around time on my photos was within a few days. They do a great job with touch ups and I was very happy with the photos!
I would never get my picture taken from any Harmann's. I have a reason why.
I left them a message asking if I could get additional photo from a brochure they had made. Haven't heard back from them yet, it's been 3 days.

VERY old fashion, its like they stopped learning in the 80s and refused to update styles. Which is crazy considering how expensive it is!

We have had 2 kids get their Senior pictures from Harmann. Both experiences were outstanding. The pictures were amazing, reasonably priced and the staff was very helpful and great to work with. We have had other experiences with the studio at school locations and have always been pleased. We'll be back!
Went on an amazing adventure at Fonferek Glen with John Harmann to capture my family's photos. He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond. My kids said they would give Mr. Harmann 100 stars.
Love the website very easy to get around and it has a modern look...you would never know that the business is over 50 years old. Great job Harmann!
The service was aweful. Hardly any customers and server didn't even notice we had empty drinks waiting for refills and when we tried to flag her down we were ignored. Chicken breast was not cooked all the way thru, and breading has NO seasoning. Husbands burger was burnt and had a glob of salt in one spot making it hard to eat after that. Fries have no taste except potatoes. The only thing good is the arcade but be careful...no one is cleaning the games. employees just stand around talking to each other.
Worst school picture my daughter has ever taken. Not sure what they did to her hair to make it look that bad and why wouldn't you tell a kid to smile big? She never smiles like that. It's just horrible.
