I attended a seminar about Power of Attorney and learnt so much. I was made to feel welcome There was a lot of information to take in and a lot of questions asked. Time was taken by the staff to address all our issues and concerns, no matter how trivial the questions were. All presented in an easy to understand format.
I came home feeling so much more confident to get my Power of attorney s sorted. THANKYOU ALL.
Solicitor called JACKLINE BROWN working at Harlow Centre is total racist and a fraud. She took 8 months to do a medical application then when she finally did it, everything was wrong on it. If your case falls in her hands, YOUR LIFE IS TOTALLY RUINED. She will continuously lie and make up stuff all the way along and you would get nowhere with your case. She then will probably suggest that you don t even have a case. I hope no one gets advice from this irresponsible woman. she was working for us at Islington law centre.
just spent 45 minutes on hold to make an appointment for a follow up appointment after sitting at the branch on a first come first serve basis arriving at 9.30am for opening at 10am. To see someone for help & advice, after 4 hours to be given no helpful advice, apart from dont worry go home and fill all these forms in, call up and make an appointment and we will help you. You call up after holding 45 mins to be told no appointments available ????? reallly????

Massively helpful in providing advice regarding our housing issue. Just walk in for a brief advice session, with a follow up from a specialist if needed.
Once able to see someone they are really helpful. It's a service badly overstretched due to lack of funding.
Useless! Been there for a two hours waiting and them solutions was same you can find it online... Those people are not trained so dnt expect any magic happen...
Waste 4.5hrs with 4kids telling to do it on my own at home.which i already knew. Racist staff
have been on hold for over 50 mins waiting to speak to someone! I cut off since that call would cost me buckets if I finally got through to someone and the call went over 1 hour..
Today I try to get in touch by phone but like always I have to wayt more then 20 minutes on hold and nothing No response wath so ever. Useless. ...
