If you are looking for a landlord who only believes in one duty which is to collect rent and forget about the issues then Harlington is the best place.
But, if you are looking for landlord, that believes in providing habitable housing then PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONSTERS!!!
Constant noise issues, bad water in the kitchen and bathroom that gives us stomach pain, and smoke in the oven (makes us not able to use oven/gas) and Harlington refuses to help!!!!
Worst mistake of our life to move into one of their apartments. Uninhabitable!!!
Made an offer on an apartment to take it off the market, turned around and gave it to an internal tenet, they offered another room instead same building so I was like ok that will be fine as it s the same layout. They accepted the application and turned around and put the apartment on for an open house with no communication to myself. Seems really shady, and glad I do not live there as this communication is probably trickled down into their requests for maintenance. A really poor business and customer service being conducted here.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.
We rented a storage unit from this company which ended up catching fire and burning down due to electrical issues that we have requested to be fixed for MONTHS. Then they have the audacity to try and sue us for the fire... we were treated like complete trash from this place.

After roughly twelve years, I'm finally moving from my lovely little Bronx studio to cohabitate with my partner. If I weren't moving in with my partner, I would've definitely have renewed my lease. I loved the space, building and the management.
The live-in super is very responsive and trustworthy. The building is well-maintained and quiet, many of the tenants go to work and come home to relax. Lastly, if I emailed management they responded promptly.
Highly recommended!

I live in this building and the property management is a joke. The super is nice but she can't do anything because property management wont' let her fix anything big and so Nathan just ignores it and hopes you move out.
Do not rent from Harlington. they have lead in the walls, rusted pipes and BROWN WATER and dont even bother to repond to tenant complaints. This is a clear violation that will be escalated. Also its good to know they dont give back deposits easily as this will result in more lawsuits.
