We love fostering for this organization, they are able to work with different rescues and save many unwanted & neglected pets. This little girl was our latest foster and she has left the Valley for a promising future.

Unfortunately due to changes I'm sure in part because of Covid, I can no longer purchase my pet meds as I did before. Otherwise, their service has been outstanding..
Although the place could use a facelift (renovations)...its a Nice place to look for a pet....staff is very friendly....i recommend this place to anyone....
I look forward to the first Saturday of the month to see all those wonderful people along with their furry kids all sizes and colors and characters. My Pnutt loves to visit ,And the most important event is our donations and support.STAFFERS great job
This location requires that you agree to let them inspect your home after a pet adoption for the lifetime of the pet (which could be 20+ years) so that they can see the animal is cared for. While I understand that they are trying to look out for these animals, they are doing a great disservice to both the animals and the community by denying adoption to well meaning animal lovers. It is sad to see their misguided priorities having negative impacts in our community. If I could give zero stars I would. If you're looking to adopt a pet, don't expect to be trusted at this so called "humane" society.
The people providing the service were largely grumpy. Maybe due to quantity of pets to process. But it would seem a smile or two would make many stresses lessen for owner thus pet.
Rude staff...i was appalled in the way that they treat people who go to adopt a future pet.. Director needs to train staff customer service. Having ride personnel will lead loss of future volunteers and not only that but funding. Sadly to say, it was not welcoming. It makes me wonder how these poor animals are being treated. By the way, it smelled strong feces in the cat area. Train your people to keep it clean. I have visited to other humane society in the Valley that are much friendlier and cleaner. It's shameful and disgusting.
