Had an issue with a bike and Mark the Service Manager handle the issue on the spot and shook my hand like a man he made things right it s good to see it at our local dealer.
Without a doubt a superb opportunity to meet some of the staff and see the amazing selection of motorcycles in their showroom. Stoney, our salesman extraordinaire greeted us and gave me all the insight I needed to make a potential purchase. Stoney was very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to heading back!

Went in to purchase merchandise at the apparel store. The we re out of that special item in what I was looking for. But while talking to the sales lady about some other merchandise or when my desired item would be in. We were in the middle of our conversation stepped on. Up walks the sales manager I was told when I asked his identity. so rudely interrupts us to ask her to help someone else. A couple who needs help with a helmet. The sales person and I both agree he could have at the least said excuse me just to acknowledge a care of my presence. It upset me so to the point I didn t but anything but I did feel it necessary to mention it to the store manager on site. And I did The local news Chanel was on site I guess doing a commercial I almost felt compelled to mention such behavior to him but I didn t for caring about the other employees who are hopefully nothing like this person I heard that the store had changed ownership. Maybe they left this rude person behind by mistake. We should not have to travel out of our town for good service.
Now you know I'm a bike it and I love motorcycle so you know Harley got a good review from me

Worst place to buy a bike from. Did not receive my paper work on my bike for over two months after calling all the time. The salesman kept giving me the run around every time I would call to get it. Come to find out he added all kind of extra warrenties that I didn't want. An the manger said he take care of it an he did nothing about it. He an the salesman two lying worthless people.
Stoney is great. Went in just to look around. He didn t pressure me to buy anything. Asked what I was interested in and found a bike that I liked and I ll definitely be back to see Stoney and to buy that bike
I am going on 72 years old, and this is my 4th Harley. The first was bought from a friend. The last 3 have been bought from Baton Rouge Harley Davidson. Bought bike Feb 3, 2021; Softail Standard 2021. The Harley shop did a Stage 1. Love the bike; 107 cubic inches. Beaux was salesman, and Jimmy Fontenot was the head salesman. The whole staff was awesome. Darrel was in service dept, and Rob was the mechanic. I have been riding for 58 years; have both complete shoulder replacements. Couldn't handle not having a another bike. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with this shop. I don't want to leave anyone out, so I'll just say I would highly recommend Baton Rouge Harley Davidson when you buy your next 'Harley".

Horrible customer service. Store manager was very unprofessional. Promised a deal over the phone, only to get there and be screwed over because they were greedy and wanted more money. From someone who got there a long time after and then they claimed that person was there first. I would rate negative stars, but that isn't an option.
I recently bought a bike from here and paid a pretty penny for. So I owned the bike for a short period of time and decided to bring it back And they did me something nice.

I went to Baton Rouge Harley just to see they had for sale not thinking for one minute that I would be leaving on a 2016 Street Glide.

Bike prices are a little high, but the dealership has a great staff. Everyone makes you feel at home while you re here. They have some event almost every weekend and any and all riders are always welcome, pretty good selection of parts and clothing. Watch getting in and out of here, Seigan lane is a racetrack with the 4 wheel idiots.
Horrible customer service. I've waited over 2 months on my plates and still never received them. After all of that I have called two days in a row and been ran around the bush and nobody ever returned my call. I will not be dealing with Baton Rouge Harley again!!

Tried to get my bike diagnosed they wouldn't even look at it said it was too old. That's ok it was a broken wire fixed it myself and saved 80 bucks. Went in and ordered a head gasket for a 1200 and they give me one for a 883. Had great service from the apparel department terrible treatment from everybody else when i get the right head gasket i wont be setting foot in that place again. Terrible advertising for Harley Davidson! I apologize to the parts department for my bad review I now think it was not there fault for the gasket mix up I believe they were sent the wrong one because they had to order two and the ones they received were for two different engines.
