Bought a helmet and a chip sales lady gave us a water and even called to find us a hotel room great place.

Stopped in for a poker chip and stayed an hour talking with the owner and manager. Friendly folks selling and servicing the best motorcycle line in the world.

Finally a friendly face !! Said hello to us as soon as we walked in offer drinks water, coffee, soda that's the way I Harley dealer should act

These people suck. We got stranded with our 2015 Harley Davidson Triglyde while going through NY on vacation. We got stranded when our shift linkage broke outside of Port Byron, NY. We called Harley Davidson Service Warranty and they gave us their number and the number of one other dealership. We were at a rest stop and could not shift. The woman in service told us she couldn't refer us to a tow company and if we even got there they couldn't look at the bike for two weeks!!! We ended up using Motorcycle Rescue out of Walworth, NY who was awesome and Harv's Harley Davidson in Macedon, NY. Both very professional, nice and happy to help!! We are from Virginia and we were on vacation. This dealership was a joke and I recommend taking your business elsewhere!

This review comes a little late, but better late than never!!!

On 07/03/2019 I was traveling to a Motorcycle Club event in Rochester, New York when the worst thing on a motorcycle happened...

Front tire blow out at nearly 80MPH.. I was given about 20 seconds notice before the tire went completely flat and off the rim..

I immediately called the closest Harley Dealer and spoke with the Big Al on the phone.. He assured me not to worry they are expecting me and will get me up and running...

I waited for a tow, arrived to the dealer around 1630HRS and watched them take my bike to the back and begin working on it...

Around 1930HRS it was complete... Why did it take so long?? They found a problem with my rear tire as well and replaced it without me knowing about it and took care of all the warranty information with Harley Davidson...

In addition to that, they submitted my tow bill for reimbursement from Harley on my behalf....

Big Al, his wife, Kat and the Harley Tech, opened their doors to me, kept them open well beyond normal business hours to make sure I had an incredible weekend of riding trouble free!!!

This type of service is not a dying breed, IT'S DEAD!!! To find a dealer family orientated and so willing to help is a Godsend!!!

Thank you Big Al and your staff for getting me back on the road!!

Went to get my lady the new 115 year anniversary zip up shirt. ( To match my 115 yr anniversary color blocked shirt.) Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Even took the time for a little small talk. Great place, they make you feel right at home.

Only shop near Rochester that had the parts I wanted in stock.

We are from the Buffalo area. While we were on vacation on our way to Geneva, we hit a rock in the middle of the road and it ripped the hardware for the kick stand off. Luckily the HD dealer was a few miles up the road and we had the best of service from the entire staff (even the little girl that was folding shirts kept me company). They had us back on the road in less than an hour and we couldn t have been happier. I highly recommend stopping in to visit.

I was looking for girls size 5/6 clothes for my Granddaughter who has a birthday coming up. Also I was looking for a birthday present for my bf. Nothing quite hit the spot. Store was clean. Help staff helpful. Except, please don't encourage people to not wear a mask if they don't want to.

My husband was looking for some new bags for his bike. He dealings with the two ladies at the store left something to be desired. They were short and rude. We will not visit that store again.
